According to reports, Michael Strahan’s girlfriend, Kayla Quick, attended the University of Tampa. Her LinkedIn profile reveals that he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in mass communication and media studies. She then went on to attend the International Culinary Center and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which are both located in NYC.
Later, Kayla Quick co-founded a wellness supplement company called FIZZNESS. Talking about the brand, she says that it was “inspired by the desire to create beauty-based wellness products that simplify your routine.” She claimed that they source their ingredients from nature and formulate them with science.
She is super passionate about wellness and taking care of herself. This includes the “practice of maintenance and prevention.” In an interview with The Purist, Kayla said:
“I take care of myself first, so that I can take care of others - family, friends, business -the vast ecosystem that relies on a woman! I wake up, work out, and check in with me. How am I? How do I feel? What do I need? What’s on my to-do list? Then I feel powerful and centered to answer and execute."
Coming to Kayla’s relationship with Michael Strahan, the duo have been linked since May 2015. Neither Kayla nor Michael publicly confirmed whether this was when they first met each other. It is worth mentioning that before his relationship with Kayla, Michael had had multiple romances in the public eye. This includes a five-year engagement to Nicole Murphy, with whom he reportedly broke up back in August 2014.
Additionally, before this, the NFL star was married to Jean Muggli. The duo shares two kids together, twins Isabella and Sophia. Michael also shares a daughter, Tanita, and a son, Michael Jr., with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins.
While Kayla Quick keeps her personal life private, she has always openly supported Michael Strahan in whatever he does. For instance, in January 2023, Kayla was seen in attendance when Michael received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The couple was seen happily posing together as well as sharing a kiss after the star unveiling. She also became a part of the social media campaign for 100 Coconuts, where Michael is an investor.
Kayla also maintains a good relationship with her boyfriend’s daughters, Sophia and Isabella. In 2023, just a few months after Michael's star unveiling ceremony, she watched the twins graduate from high school. Reportedly, Sophia went on to study at Duke University while Isabella attended the University of Southern California. Sadly, Isabella’s time at college was cut short after she was diagnosed with medulloblastoma.
She even had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a large tumor. Later, when Isabella made her modeling debut, Kayla teamed up with her to promote her brand.
