Father's Day is indeed an important occasion for everyone! And the same was for Ozzy Osbourne's daughter, Kelly. A few hours ago, Kelly took to her Instagram handle to pen a heartfelt tribute for her late father. For the unversed, Kelly Osbourne tragically passed away in July 2025, at the age of 76. This Father's Day was very difficult for the family.

Kelly Osbourne pens a heartfelt tribute for her father

A few hours ago, Kelly Osbourne took to her Instagram handle to share some unseen snaps with her father, Ozzy. Along with it, she penned a heartfelt tribute for him, in which she revealed that she misses Ozzy on a daily basis. She also expressed her wish for wanting Ozzy’s advice in every situation; however, she is unable to receive it. Her note can be read as:

"Dad, I still find myself looking for you in ordinary moments the advice I need, the joke I want to tell, the victory I wish you could see. The ache of missing you is the price of loving you, and I would pay it forever rather than have never been your child at all! I will never stop missing you. It is an honor to spend the rest of my life loving you. Until we meet again!"

Fans shower love on Kelly Osbourne

Soon after Kelly Osbourne’s post went viral, a lot of fans showered love on her and offered their strength to her, amid such difficult times. One user commented, "I understand... you know that my love." Another user penned, "I also lost my father and it’s been 17 years... we learned to deal with pain, but we never, never forget! Know that your wonderful father was loved and continues to be by many! I love the eternal Ozzy strongly, just as we love you and your whole family! Be well! A Brazilian hug!" A third user wrote, "Lovely words. As painful as your loss is what a treasure of a father you had. A rare one."

Ozzy Osbourne’s tragic death

Legendary musician, Ozzy Osbourne tragically passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. Just 17 days before his death, the musician reunited with his bandmates. They performed in England. It is worth mentioning that this performance turned out to be Ozzy's last appearance. As per his family, Ozzy died peacefully at home. He was surrounded by his loved ones.

If reports are to be believed, Ozzy's cause of death was stated as a heart attack. For the unversed, Ozzy Osbourne also has Parkinson's disease. Before passing away, Ozzy often spoke about his health. In 2019, he suffered spinal injuries, leading to a few surgeries and the following year, he got to know about his Parkinson's disease. On July 24, 2025, Kelly took to her Instagram Stories to write, "I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had."

Who is Kelly Osbourne?

For those who do not know, Kelly Osbourne is a popular singer, actress and television personality, who is best-known as Ozzy's daughter. Kelly first rose to fame with the reality show, The Osbourne. Later, she appeared in Dancing with the Stars, The Masked Singer, Project Runway: Junior, Australia's Got Talent and more. In October 2025, Kelly took to her Instagram post and wrote:

"Tomorrow is going to be a first for me. The first birthday without my dad. Every year the thing I look forwarded to the most was spending the day with him and the cards he would write me. Knowing that I will never get one again shatters my heart. Here are just a few of them. They were always short, simple but said everything I needed to hear. I love you Daddy tomorrow will suck without you."
