The streamer, whose real name is Braden Peters, was charged in a Cape Cod courthouse earlier this month for raping and drugging a minor for sex.
The case has drawn renewed attention to Aleksandra Mendoza, a teenage influencer known online as Alorah Ziva, who previously filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and other misconduct.
According to The Bulwark, Peters was charged on September 8, 2026, with one count each of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor. The charges stem from an alleged incident on May 23, 2025. He has denied the allegations.
Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, better known online as Alorah or Alorah Ziva, is a formerly teen influencer whose name has come into the spotlight through her legal dispute with Clavicular. She had previously filed a case against the Looksmaxxer which has now reached the courthouse.
Born in 2008, Mendoza has established a well-known presence on Instagram and TikTok, and has been primarily active in niche aesthetics and beauty communities online. In early 2026, Mendoza signed a lucrative promotion contract with an online trading platform that allegedlly paid her USD 15,000 a month. Months later, in August 2022, she celebrated her 18th birthday by gifting herself a brand new Lamborghini.
She first encountered Braden Peters in May 2026 when she was 16 years old. When she initially interacted with the streamer, she reportedly sought to establish a digital career, and Clavicular had allegedly pitched her on the idea that she could become the #1 female Looksmazer. According to her civil lawsuit, Peters paid her USD 1,000 to appear in his videos. He allegedly helped her create videos and write scripts, and she appeared in four videos for him.
In her civil lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, Mendoza accused Peters of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, and unauthorized publication of her name and likeness. The complaint alleges that Peters arranged Aleksandra to travel by Uber to his parents' home on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She claims he gave her alcohol and had sex with her while she was too intoxicated to consent.
The criminal charges reported by The Bulwark appear to concern allegations connected to this May 2025 incident. Clavicular is scheduled to be arraigned on October 14, 2026. Reports indicate he had not been arrested in connection with the Massachusetts charges at the time of publication. If he is convicted of rape, it could carry up to 20 years in prison.
Mendoza's lawsuit also describes a later encounter in Miami in November 2025. She alleges Peters injected her cheeks multiple times with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance, during a livestream, despite allegedly lacking the required license. She claims the procedure perforated her right cheek.
The complaint further alleges that Peters did not disclose that the substance was not FDA-approved for injectable fat-dissolving use. Mendoza is seeking damages exceeding USD 50,000. However, her claims remain unsubstantiated as of now. His attorney, Steve Kramer, has denied the allegations in the civil case. The attorney said in a statement:
"We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters. These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time."
The 20-year-old looksmaxxer himself has also addressed Mendoza's claims, accusing Mendoza of trying to get his attention and suggesting the dispute was financially motivated. After the new lawsuit, he shared a video of Mendoza along with a handwritten letter, writing on X:
"Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you... Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil."
The Massachusetts criminal case is ongoing, and Clavicular is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. But what's your take on this matter?
