Both of them have reached an end to their highly publicized civil lawsuit that had accused the rapper of sexual assault and harassment. According to court documents filed in Los Angeles, both Kanye and Lauren entered into an unconditional settlement.
According to social media reports, it was on July 23, 2026, that Kanye and Lauren had mutually agreed to reach an unconditional settlement. It is being reported that within 45 days, Lauren Pisciotta will be dismissing the lawsuit. The financial terms and other important agreements have not been made public.

According to social media reports, Lauren Pisciotta is an influencer and ex-model who worked in the music and fashion industry. Lauren's role reportedly expanded, and she was promoted to executive assistant before becoming chief of staff for Kanye and his companies.

According to the court filings, Lauren was given a grand package to work for him full time. She was also promised additional pay and promotions, which then became a part of the grand dispute.

According to reports, it was in 2024 when Lauren first filed a lawsuit. Her complaint was related to being sexually harassed by Kanye and wrongfully terminated, which led to breach of contract. She worked for Kanye between 2021 and 2022. She had alleged that Kanye had sent her explicit texts and engaged in inappropriate acts when she was employed.
Lauren also claimed that Kanye had drugged her when at a studio and that she was also physically assaulted. Now related to the case, the filing has been submitted to a Los Angeles court, and the matter will be dismissed soon. Pisciotta’s attorney Arick Fudali, shared that the matter was resolved. The settlement terms are not yet out.

Kanye's legal representative revealed of denying claims made by Lauren. He has been accused of blackmail and extortion, while his spokesperson stated she was terminated for being unqualified. Her allegations were called as baseless. An angry user on Reddit who disliked Kanye revealed, "I dislike everything Kanye has become and have been checked out on him since he said slavery was a choice and was selling Confederate merch at his concerts." A part of the comment read:
"Ok, just want to remind folk that a settlement is not the same as an admission of guilt. It’s simply a legal strategy where it has been determined that continued litigation is not in the best interests of the parties involved, whether because it would be expensive, publicly embarrassing, or too much of a hassle. Maybe he did it, maybe he didn’t. But settling in and of itself has no bearing on that question."
Another user slamming Lauren wrote, "Before the Ye hate circlejerk starts, let's all remember this girl has changed her story countless times and even incorporated saying he and Diddy drugged her and only kept adding details as more shit came out. This was the end result she wanted."
It is worth noting that Lauren claimed to be touched, groped, fondled, and grabbed by Kanye, who had forced himself on her many times without her permission. A Redditor alleged that in June 2024, Pisciotta initially said that Ye hired her and sent her inappropriate texts/videos, that he would masturbate during phone conversations with her, then eventually he fired her and didn't pay her the severance that was agreed on.
The Redditor revealed how Lauren was roofied and date-raped at a studio session that Ye co-hosted with Diddy. She didn't change her story countless times; she initially sued for sexual harassment and added to the suit that she was sexually assaulted as well in a later filing.
