Sunita Ahuja, in an interview with MissMalini, had shared the name of Govinda's mysterious girlfriend with whom he was having an extra-marital affair. Sunita revealed having issues with the name Komal and had said:
"Is your name, Komal? Yeh naam thoda gadbad hai. I hate the name Komal. Change this name. There is a girl named Komal, some xyz. I hate her. The year 2025 was a disaster for me. My family life was disrupted. I was hearing things about Govinda. I was not happy with the things I was hearing about him. There is an age to do certain things, and at 63 to hear these things, it is not good, especially when your kids are grown up. In 2026, I just hope bhagwan Govinda ko sadbuddhi de."
It is worth mentioning that neither Komal nor Govinda ever opened up about dating one another. A user speaking on Komal had said, "This is the age when partners need to support each other; after all, Sunita has also given him everything and his family. This is not justified.
