After years of rooting for the best match of Bollywood and cricket, Virat and Anushka finally became Virushka on December 11, 2017. From dedicating centuries to his wife in the stadium, standing up against trolls who targeted his ladylove for his poor performances to her taking out time from hectic schedule to cheer for her husband from stands and not missing any of his matches even if it means watching it from her vanity van, Virat and Anushka, in truest forms, are biggest support and fiercest cheerleaders. Since nowadays it is a crucial time for India as they are playing the Semi-Finals of the ICC World Cup 2019, and Virat Kohli is heading the team in blue as a captain, his wife, Anushka Sharma made sure to be a part of this special moment. After wrapping up her work commitments in Brussels, Anushka had headed back to London where her husband, Virat is leading Team India in the ICC World Cup 2019. Before the India v/s New Zealand semifinal match, Virushka decided to spend some ‘us’ time together. Twinning in black and white, Virat and Anushka have managed to steal our hearts away, yet again!
While Anushka Sharma donned a pair of black shorts with a white loose t-shirt and kept the accessories normal to just a wristwatch and aviators, her hubby, Virat looked dapper in a white DJ-style t-shirt with black knee-length shorts and completed the look with white sneakers. Just like wifey Anushka, he too, sported a pair of black aviators. (Also Read: Swara Bhasker Breaks Up With Himanshu Sharma Because He Didn't Want To Get Married, Details Inside)
On July 6, 2019, Anushka Sharma, for the first time, was seen at the cricket stands at the ICC World Cup 2019, cheering for her captain-husband, Virat Kohli. A video that went viral from the match had Anushka asking a person sitting beside her about the signal for four. Dressed in a mustard outfit and stylish sunglasses, Anushka was seen enjoying the match to the fullest and rooting for team India with full energy. Even Virat’s excitement could be seen grooving on the fields as his wife, Anushka came to watch him play and cheer for him. Here are the videos:
A few months back, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted at the latter’s self-owned restaurant, Nueva in Delhi, along with the members of his IPL team, Royal Challengers Bangalore making the most of their time at the plush lounge. Needless to say, Virat had looked dapper in a loose brown t-shirt with dark comfy pant and Anushka had killed it once again in a floral-layered dress, which she had complimented with mid-parted hair and hoop earrings.
Speaking of Anushka Sharma’s England tour, a report sometime back, had stated how she will be juggling work commitments and personal life to stay by her husband, Virat Kohli’s side for the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019. The report had stated, “Anushka will have to juggle her work commitments and personal life during her trip to London and Brussels. She has two brand shoots that will take up 6-7 days as it requires her to shoot for ads as well as extensive print campaigns. Post this, she will be spending some time with Virat. BCCI has mandated that wives of cricketers only spend 15 days with their partners during the World Cup and Anushka and Virat will be following the guidelines that have been set. Anushka has thus planned her trip and brand shoots accordingly so that she can time her to stay with Virat too."
