Deverakonda Vijay Sai, popularly known as Vijay Deverakonda is a famous star in the entertainment world. The actor made his debut in Telugu cinema with the film, Nuvvila in 2011. Hailed as one of the highest-paid actors in the Telugu film industry, Vijay rose to fame with his masterclass performances in films like Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy. Vijay Deverakonda is elated as he recently gave away Rs. 1 lakh each to 100 families from his remuneration. For those who don't know, the actor has promised to do this generous work as his last-released film started getting positive responses at the box office. However, the actor fulfilled his promise, and on September 14, 2023, at an event, he distributed a hefty sum of money to 100 families to extend his help.

The actor also dropped the video of the same on his IG handle. In the video, he looked dapper in a yellow-hued t-shirt. In the video, we can see Vijay being the happiest as he received a lot of love for extending his help. The actor also gave a small speech wherein he stated that doing these things is his personal desire. Thanking all for the immense love, Vijay said:
“We are here today as one family after crossing hurdles and obstacles. I’m very happy that I’m able to make this happen today. Because, these are my personal desires. I’ll be pleased if this 1 lakh can bring in some happiness, take off some stress, be a support and give you strength. This small gesture, this small sharing. Please do no thank me. This is all yours. And finally, thank you so much for your love, for your cheers and for your smiles."
