Shilpa Shetty is one of the famous Bollywood actresses, who needs no introduction. The diva is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Sukhee. Talking about the diva's personal life, she got married to the love of her life, Raj Kundra in 2009, and they became parents with the arrival of their son, Viaan Raj Kundra on May 21, 2012. The much-in-love couple again hopped onto the parenthood journey with their baby girl, Samisha Shetty Kundra. There's no denying the fact that Shilpa and Raj are the epitome of a match-made-in-heaven. The way they stay beside one another sets major couple goals. However, in an interview, Shilpa recently opened up about how her hubby has been there through her tough times.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shilpa Shetty heaped praises on her hubby, Raj Kundra. The actress was asked about their journey from the dating era to now. Shilpa mentioned that she and Raj are soulmates, and from the first time, they knew that they were meant for each other. Shilpa also mentioned the kind of equation she shares with her hubby, and revealing an anecdote about the same, she stated that Raj just understands her. Talking about the same, Shilpa stated what she thinks to be the most important thing in marriage is friendship.

In the same interview, Shilpa Shetty opened up about the tough situation she had to go through before doing her upcoming film, Sukhee. The actress also mentioned the reason behind the same. Shilpa shared that she was going through a lot as she wasn't sure how she was going to manage everything, from dealing with kids to running her business and then acting in a film. Sharing how she bounced back from that situation, Shilpa mentioned:
"I don’t regret those decisions and I didn’t think at time I was ready for Sukhee because I was engulfed with a lot of my own, I think issues with how I am going to deal with my kid and I have many other businesses. I have an app running and I had to prioritize. I am known as an actor and that’s my first day job but I had to to be in the right frame. When you go on the set, you have to give it your best shot. I didn’t think I was in that mind space but it was very kind of Vikram, and Sonal to have waited. And ya, I got back like full throttle.”
A few days ago, during the trailer launch event of Sukhee, Shilpa Shetty revealed that she was not in a space to say 'yes' to the film. Talking about the same, the actress also mentioned that it was her husband, Raj, who helped her bounce back and do the film. The actress mentioned that Raj not only convinced her to do the film but, in fact, forced her. The diva revealed that after she told her hubby that she wouldn't do the film, the latter read the script when she was not at home. Later, when she came back, Raj convinced her and made her understand why she should do the film.

A few days back, on September 9, 2023, Shilpa's doting husband, Raj Kundra turned a year older. And to wish her hubby on this special day, Shilpa's post was simply unmissable. The actress shared a cute video of her hubby, wherein the duo could be seen walking hand-in-hand in a green meadow surrounded by a herd. Along with it, Shilpa also penned a heartfelt note and wished Raj on his birthday.
