For the unversed, Vidyut and Nandita had been engaged since September 2021. Vidyut had revealed the news on his IG handle by sharing a picture of him and Nandita in a wall climber. He had captioned the picture with an engagement ring emoticon as, "Did it the COMMANDO way."

Today, on December 11, 2021, Nandita Mahtani took to her IG handle to share a series of pictures with the love of her life, Vidyut Jammwal, to celebrate his birthday. In the pictures, Nandita can be seen wearing a white turtle-neck sweatshirt and blue wide-legged jeans. And, on the other hand, Vidyut looked dapper in an all-black ensemble, donning a black hoodie and black joggers. To mark this special occasion, Nandita shared a glimpse from their vacation in Egypt and wished Vidyut with a heartfelt note in the caption that can be read as:

In the series of pictures, Vidyut can be seen celebrating his birthday in front of the Giza and the Sphinx. He even cut a customised cake that resembled the look of the Sphinx and the Pyramid. On his birthday, Vidyut took to his IG handle and shared a thank you note and love for his fans. He wrote in the caption:
