South Indian actor, Chiranjeevi's nephew, Varun Tej, and his ladylove, Lavanya Tripathi got engaged on June 9, 2023. Soon after that, reports were rife that the duo will tie the knot in November 2023 in Italy. However, no such confirmation has been made from the couple's side. Amid all these going on, a new report has claimed that Varun and Lavanya are all set to tie the knot within only two months.
As per the reports in News 18, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi will tie the knot in a low-key ceremony and away from the media glares. As per the report, the couple will exchange vows in the second week of November 2023 in Italy.

Not only this, as per the same report, Varun and Lavanya's wedding outfits are in the process of being designed. The couple will reportedly deck up for their big day in ace designer, Manish Malhotra's ensembles. A source close to the soon-to-be-married couple told the news portal that the wedding will take place in Italy and the ceremonies will be performed against the picturesque landscape of the country. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Varun and Lavanya are really looking forward to their big day in the second week of November. They are quite private as individuals and so, they’ve decided to flow down their families and close friends to Italy. The nuptials will take place against the picturesque landscape of the country. Both of them will be wearing some stunning ensembles by Manish Malhotra, who is the go-to designers for celebrity weddings.”
Talking about the guests of Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi's wedding, the source told the portal that despite being busy with his work schedule, Ram Charan will attend Varun's wedding along with his family. Pawan Kalyan will also be there to bless the newlywed couple. The source could not clarify when the couple would jet off for their romantic gateway, considering Varun will soon start working for his Bollywood debut, Operation Valentine, after getting married. The source mentioned:
"Despite his hectic schedule, Tej’s cousin Ram Charan will be attending it along with his family. Pawan Kalyan who is his uncle will also be jetting off to Italy to bless the couple. It is still unclear if the couple will fly for their honeymoon immediately after the wedding considering Varun has to begin the promotions of his Bollywood debut, Operation Valentine."

Soon after, the reports about Varun and Lavanya made rounds on social media, and the actor was asked about the same. In an interaction with Scribes, when asked if he and his ladylove would tie the knot in Italy, Varun revealed that Italy is just an option as they haven't finalised the venue yet.
In the same interview, Varun Tej also revealed that he first initiated the proposal for marriage since he thought it was the best time to settle down in life after six years of dating. Varun also shared what kind of equation he shares with his ladylove. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned that Lavanya is more like a friend to him who has always been by his side through thick and thin.
It was back on June 9, 2023, when Lavanya Tripathi and Varun Tej got engaged. Taking to his IG handle, Varun dropped some mesmerising glimpses from the ceremony. While Lavanya looked gorgeous in a muted green-hued silk saree, Varun complemented her in an ivory-hued embroidered kurta pyjama.
