2019 started off with a long (like literally long one!) list of Bollywood celebrities rumoured to be tying the knot. While we have Shibani Dandekar- Farhan Akhtar, Malika Arora-Arjun Kapoor, Arbaaz Khan-Georgia Andriani, there is another famous celebrity who might have made it to the list. For the ones who have been living under the rocks all this while, Varun is in a steady relationship with his childhood friend, Natasha Dalal, who happens to be a fashion designer by profession. Recently, when Varun appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee with Karan, he openely accepted his relationship and had stated, “I'm dating Natasha. We are a couple. I plan to marry her.” And Karan had instantly said, “I will feel that I'm giving my son away. I will play the K3Gtheme, meri saanson mein tu hai samaya. Mera jeevan toh hai tera saaya. And Lali, me and David ji will have a aarti plate.”
Rumours are rife that Varun Dhawan will soon be getting married to his long-time love, Natasha. As per a report by SpotboyE, the lovebirds will tie the knot in December 2019. And this means that Varun will soon be joining the doubles’ club. However, neither Natasha nor Varun have opened up about the wedding plans.
In an interview, Varun had talked about Natasha and was quoted as saying, "She is a normal girl, she is a normal kid. She wants to live a normal life and it is my job to protect her." In another interview, he had said, “I see it reaching a good place. She's quite a handful so full credit to her for sticking by me. Also, when Varun was asked if Natash is comfortable strong clicked with him during their outings and dinner dates, he had remarked, “I am cool about it. In fact, I have always been cool about it. There is nothing to hide. I just don't want the focus to shift from my career to the relationship. That's why I don't talk much about it. What can one say about spending time with loved ones? Once Varun even revealed the reason behind not talking openly about his relationship with Natasha. The October actor had remarked, “I have never hidden about my relationship, I have been spotted at several occasions. I have never spoken about it openly, that’s because the media makes different stuff and versions with it. They make you fight, break up, patch up, this and that. And she is not from the film line and as much as I can protect her from the crazy ogling, logging everything. I am protecting my personal life because for me that’s my sanctity. When I am done with shooting and home, that’s my reality check.”
This is not the first time when Varun’s wedding news is doing the rounds. Earlier in 2018 too, buzz was that he might tie the knot with Natasha. At that time, refuting all the rumours, he had shared, “Honestly, I would love to do that, but I don’t know how my parents would react to it. Being Punjabis, they would want to do it in the traditional way.
