She was spotted at the professional golfer’s DUI hearing in Florida on September 2, 2026.
Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods make rare joint appearance in court
For those unaware, Vanessa Trump showed up with Tiger Woods for his DUI hearing at the Martin County Courthouse in the same car as the pro golfer. While Vanessa stepped out from the backseat, Tiger was seen getting out from the passenger side.
Given the circumstances of their joint appearance, Tiger and Vanessa did not show any PDA as they made their way into the court. The couple also did not speak with each other while approaching the building. Tiger looked pretty somber, wearing a navy blue suit with a bright blue tie. Vanessa, on the other hand, matched the golfer in a navy dress paired with a white blazer.
For those unaware, Tiger changed his plea in his DUI case from not guilty to no contest after accepting a last-minute plea deal. This reduced Tiger’s charge from his March 2026 arrest to reckless driving and refusal to submit to a lawful test. He has been issued a USD 1,000 and USD 500 fine for the respective charges. In addition to this, he is banned from driving for five years. As per a report by Page Six, a judge warned Tiger, “If you drive for any reason at all, you will be going back to jail.”
Tiger was initially taken into custody in March 2026 after a rollover car crash in Jupiter Island, Florida. At that time, he was suspected of driving under the influence. In the same month, he pleaded not guilty, waiving his arraignment and demanding a jury trial. Following this, Tiger went on to spend around six weeks at a treatment facility in Switzerland.
Tiger left rehab in June 2026. At that time, it was reported that he and Vanessa were keeping “in touch while he was away.” A source also added, “Both of them have responsibilities outside of their personal lives and that factors into how much time they can spend together.”
Vanessa Trump’s appearance with Tiger Woods comes months after her breast cancer diagnosis
It is worth mentioning that despite her own health struggles, Vanessa’s joint appearance with Tiger highlights her love for the athlete. Vanessa had shared her breast cancer diagnosis just months before this by taking to her Instagram handle. She noted that she is working closely with her medical team on a treatment plan and that she had already undergone the procedure. She wrote:
“I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me. Thank you for your kindness and support; it truly means more than I can express. I kindly ask for privacy as I focus on my recovery.”
Some time after this, Vanessa once again took to her account to share an update about her health. She revealed that she was recovering after undergoing surgery and that soon, she would be starting the second stage of her treatment. Vanessa even gave strength to those in a similar situation to her. Her post read:
"I wanted to share an update on my cancer journey. Over the past four weeks, I've been recovering from surgery, and I'm grateful to be healing and moving forward. Soon, I'll be starting the second stage of my treatment. Sending love, strength, and hope to everyone fighting this battle."
