Golmaal fame, Tusshar Kapoor is one of the most amazing actors in the entertainment industry. He is the son of the legendary actor, Jeetendra and his wife, Shobha Kapoor. Apart from being an actor, Tusshar is a doting father to his son, Laksshya Kapoor. Moreover, The Dirty Picture actor shares a warm bond with his father. And now, Tusshar opened up about his bond with his father, Jeetendra.
Recently, Tusshar Kapoor made a guest appearance on the singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs. In the episode dedicated to the fathers, Tusshar Kapoor opened up about his equation with his father, Jeetendra. Talking about the same, the Dhol actor shared that initially, he didn't have a friendly relationship with his father. Tusshar added that it was only when he became an actor, he started talking and sharing things with his actor-father, Jeetendra. In his words:
"I am an 80s kid, so there has always been a sense of respect in me for my father. But as decades passed, and when I became an actor, papa and I always had so much to talk and share about."
In the same episode, Tusshar revealed that it took him decades to become friends with his papa, Jeetendra. The actor even shared that after he got into the acting business, he became close to his father. Tusshar even said that his papa used to give him advice on improving his acting skills. Elaborating more about it, he said:
"He used to give me advice on improving my acting skills, however, the respect I have for him is irreplaceable, and I believe it will always be there. Regardless, I must mention that it took me decades to become friends with my father."
For those who don't know, Tusshar Kapoor welcomed a baby boy, Laksshya Kapoor, on June 1, 2016, via surrogacy. Breaking several societal norms, Tusshar welcomed his little munchkin into the world and became a single parent. Once in an interview with PTI, the actor had opened up about becoming a father to his son through surrogacy. Talking about the same, Tusshar admitted that he was immensely worried about the consequences of his decision. The doting father added that he was anxious about whether society would support his decision or he would face a huge backlash for it.
Tusshar is an avid social media user, and he keeps sharing beautiful glimpses of his merry life. For instance, on September 22, 2022, he took to his Instagram handle and shared a cutesy picture of his son, Laksshya Kapoor. In the picture, we could see Tusshar's loving son posing for the camera in his school dress. However, what caught our attention was the photo frame hanging on the wall. It featured Tusshar and Laksshya's adorable picture, and it melted our hearts.
