Television and Bollywood actress, Tunisha Sharma's untimely demise by suicide left the entire industry in a deep shock. The young actress left for the heavenly abode on December 24, 2022. Reportedly, the actress hanged herself on the set of her show, Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul. For the unversed, Tunisha was found dead in the makeup room of her co-actor and boyfriend, Sheezan Khan. However, now, recent reports claim that the late actress was dealing with depression after her relationship with Sheezan ended.
According to a report in the Hindustan Times, Senior police inspector Kailas Barve from Waliv police station in Maharashtra shared that the television actor, Sheezan Khan admitted being in a relationship with the late actress, Tunisha Sharma. However, the duo broke up in November 2022. Reportedly, Sheezan denied marrying Tunisha, after which she fell into depression. Talking about the same, the Senior police inspector said:
"They had an affair, but he denied marrying her, which is why she was in depression. He admitted that they were in a relationship. They had a breakup in November, but they continued working on the set."

Further, in a conversation with the media, the Senior police inspector, Kailas Barve shared that Tunisha's postmortem is done, and nothing came out in the report. He even mentioned that earlier, the media was questioning if the actress was pregnant. However, dismissing the rumours, he said that nothing like that came out in the postmortem report. In his words:
"We are taking Sheezan to the Vasai court. Nothing came out in the postmortem report. While the media was questioning if she was pregnant, nothing like that came in the reports. Her mother said that Sheezan provoked her to commit suicide."
According to a report in ETimes, Tunisha Sharma's last rites ceremony will take place on December 25, 2022. The report also mentioned that her body will be brought to Mira Road, where she will be cremated around 4 pm. For the unversed, Tunisha's body was handed over to her family on Sunday morning after her postmortem was done at JJ Hospital, Mumbai.
In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, actor, Vineet Raina opened up about his equation with his co-star and friend, Tunisha Sharma. Talking about her, the actor mentioned that she used to treat him as her brother. He even said that apart from acting, Tunisha was a brilliant singer. Vineet even shared that the late actress was very focused in her life. The actor even talked about her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Sheezan and shared that they have never seen the duo fighting. In his words:
"She used to call me bhaijaan. We used to laugh together. She was like a deer, fudakti rehti thi. I very recently heard her singing and she was just too brilliant. She seemed very focused in life, I don’t know what happened. They were co-actors and there was a chemistry between them. But we never saw them fighting."

Tunisha Sharma's mother does not believe that her daughter has committed suicide. According to a report in ETimes, it was mentioned that the late actress's mother had filed a complaint against her ex-boyfriend, Sheezan for alleged abutment to her suicide. Reportedly, her mother has told the Waliv police that her daughter was suffering in the relationship with Sheezan. After Tunisha's mother filed the complaint, Sheezan Khan was identified as an accused and was arrested under Section 306 of the IPC.
Tunisha Sharma made her debut in acting with the TV show, Bharat Ka Veer Putra –Maharana Pratap. Later, she went on to appear in many other TV shows including Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Gabbar Poonchwala, Internet Wala Love and Ishq Subhan Allah, among others. Not just this, Tunisha also did small roles in Bollywood films like Fitoor, Baar Baar Dekho, Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh and many more.
