Tanuj Virwani, who had been counted as one of the handsome bachelors in Tinseltown, recently graduated to the next stage of his life. It was on December 25, 2023, when the actor got married to the love of his life, Tanya Jacob, in an intimate yet lavish ceremony. While Tanuj had already been sharing several fond anecdotes about his wedding from quite beforehand, it is now that he broke the internet by sharing the much-awaited mushy glimpses of his wedding with Tanya.
Taking to his IG handle on December 27, 2023, Tanuj Virwani dropped the first-ever glimpses from his wedding with ladylove, Tanya Jacob. The duo looked breathtaking together, as they twinned in blush pink outfits. Speaking about the bride, Tanya looked gorgeous in a baby pink-hued satin lehenga, which featured intricately embroidered, hand-woven embellishments all over it. She teamed it with a matching choli and opted for sheer double dupattas. While one of them was elegantly draped over her shoulder, the other was pinned over her head. She completed her look with dewy base makeup and a soft pink-hued lip shade. Customised kaleeras, chooda and statement jewellery, that included a heavy kundan neckpiece with matching maang-teeka and earrings added stars to her look.

The then-groom, Tanuj, on the other hand, looked dashing in a light pink-hued plain kurta, which he teamed with a slightly darker pink bandhgala sherwani, that featured embroidered self-work all over it and a white pyjama. Nailing the Rajputana look, he carried a sword that was belted around his waist. The newlyweds posed mushily with one another in each of the snapshots. Along with the glimpses, Tanuj penned a sweet note as a caption, which read as:
“And Just like that we were one. Two souls. Two Hearts that now beat as one. Today’s the First day of the rest of our Lives and I look forward to all the Glorious Adventures that Life has in store for us, Mrs Virwani @tanyajacob1.”
Right before their fairytale-like wedding, the adorable couple, Tanuj and his fiancee, Tanya did a mushy photoshoot with one of the leading wedding planners, WeddingSutra. Taking to his IG handle, the actor even shared glimpses of their shoot, for which the duo twinned in rust orange-hued ensembles. While Tanuj wore a white kurta-pyjama with an orange-hued heavily embroidered jacket, Tanya, on the other hand, twinned in a similar-hued chiffon dress with a matching jacket.

For the unversed, Tanuj Virwani is the son of talented actress, Rati Agnihotri. Previously, in an interview with Mid-Day, the actor shared his mother’s reaction on his wedding, and remarked how she was relieved after so long. Elaborating how his mother had been waiting long for him to get married, Tanuj said:
“My mother is very relieved. She has been waiting for me to get married from the day I turned 30. I turned 37 a couple of days back so it has been 7 years of ‘shaadi karlo beta, kab tak dating karte rahoge’. When I broke the news to her that this is what we have decided, she was very happy, also because she is very fond of Tanya. We go back a long way and she has got her own equation with her. I would never want to marry anyone without my parents’ approval.”
