Wedding season is going on in full swing in Tinseltown, and many celebrities got hitched. The latest one in line is actor, Tanuj Virwani, who tied the knot with his fiancee, Tanya Jacob. The duo had a grand wedding ceremony at Tanuj's family's farmhouse in Lonavala in the presence of their close friends and family members. Glimpses from the wedding have been shared on social media, which are no less than a treat to the eyes.
In one of the videos from Tanuj's baraat shared by friends, his mother, Rati Agnihotri can be seen dancing enthusiastically. The veteran actress opted for a light pink saree with a dupatta on her head. Rati was beaming with joy as she arrived with her son, Tanuj in a vintage car for his baraat. Later, she joined Tanuj for a dance on the viral song, Jamal Kudu and flaunted her thumkas.

Another video shared on social media showed Tanya's bridal entry, which was unique in its own way. The bride and groom danced to the song, Tumse Milke Dil Ka, as the former walked the aisle. Tanya was seen dancing her heart out during her bridal entry, and the crowd couldn't stop cheering for her. It was indeed a heartfelt moment, witnessing the much-in-love couple lost in their world on their special day.
For the wedding, Tanuj Virwani and Tanya Jacob twinned with each other in pastel-coloured ensembles. While the groom donned a pink-hued bandhgala sherwani teamed with white pyjama, the bride looked gorgeous in a beige-hued lehenga-choli paired with a matching dupatta. Tanya's ensemble was intricately embroidered with golden detailing and floral stonework all over it. To accessorise her look, she opted for an antique choker, matching earrings, a maang teeka and kaleeras.

Before the wedding, Tanuj Virwani, in an interview with Mid-day, talked about the preparations and revealed how his mother, Rati Agnihotri was super excited about the same. The actor added that his mother was relieved that her son was finally taking the plunge at the age of 37 and shared that the former is very fond of Tanya. In his words:
"My mother is very relieved. She has been waiting for me to get married from the day I turned 30. I turned 37 a couple of days back so it has been 7 years of ‘shaadi karlo beta, kab tak dating karte rahoge’. When I broke the news to her that this is what we have decided, she was very happy, also because she is very fond of Tanya. We go back a long way and she has got her own equation with her. I would never want to marry anyone without my parents’ approval."
