Taking to her IG handle on June 27, 2023, Sussanne shared a breathtaking glimpse from her ongoing vacation in Mexico. The video featured the diva and her beau, Arslan along with a few other friends of the couple, enjoying every bit of their trip as they posed for mushy romantic pictures with one another on a yacht. However, what grabbed everyone’s attention was the moment when Sussanne posed wearing a sexy black-hued lacy bikini. She soaked in the sunny morning bliss and flaunted her perfectly toned figure.

Although Sussanne and Arslan have been often spotted together and their social media posts featuring one another are enough to raise speculations about their relationship, but none of them have ever admitted to the same. However, in one of his earlier interviews, Arslan Goni had finally broken his silence on the type of bonding he actually shares with Sussanne and mentioned that they were just good friends. In an interview with the Humans Of Bombay, Arslan mentioned:
"Sussanne and I are very good friends. I met her at a common friend’s house. We just hit it off instantly. We hang out together along with other friends. She is a very nice human being."
On December 2022, Sussanne Khan had taken to her IG handle and penned a romantic wish for her beau, Arslan Goni on his birthday. In a longish note, Sussanne expressed his heartfelt feelings for Arslan and even called him her definition of love. In her words:

Despite having been divorced, Sussanne Khan shares a great bonding with her ex-husband, Hrithik Roshan. Speaking about the same, Sussanne, in an interview with Vogue opened up on how she and Hrithik had planned to stay together during the entire Covid pandemic along with their sons so that they could stay together as a unit, since it was the best decision when it concerns their sons.
