Now, on September 11, 2022, Surbhi Chandna's alleged boyfriend, Karnn R. Sharma shared a series of throwback pictures of the duo to wish her a happy birthday. The pictures are from their memory lane, and the duo were seen posing for the lens in different attires clicked at various locations. Not only that, one picture also seemed to be taken from Surbhi and Karnn's younger days. Along with their adorable pictures, Karnn penned a cutesy note for his 'Mija', which can be read as:
