It is that time of the year again when wedding bells ring all over telly town and celebrities find their 'happily ever after'. The recent one to join the 'just married' club is Sonyaa Ayodhya, known for her role as Tanvi in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Sonyaa shot to fame with her stint as Ruby, a daayan, in Gul Khan's popular supernatural drama, Nazar. The actress had also won Miss India, New Zealand. Now, she is making headlines for her wedding with restaurateur, Harsh Samorre. She has been dating him from the last one-and-a-half year and has decided to take her relationship to the next level.
In an interview with SpotboyE, Sonyaa talked about her relationship and said, "It's been over a year since I am in a relationship and we are planning to take our relationship to the next level soon. We want to have a destination wedding and yet to finalize the date, but it will happen within six months." Talking about their first meeting, Sonyaa shared, "A couple of years ago, I was shooting a commercial when I noticed a guy on the set helping me hold the prop. I thought he was a spot-boy, and I kept calling him ‘spot dada’ throughout the shoot. It’s much later that I realized that he wasn't a part of the crew, but was helping a friend associated with the project. We still laugh about the incident."
Sonyaa further added, "I’m emotional and quite old-school when it comes to love. Harsh was understanding and waited patiently when I told him that I needed time to decide. We started dating after six months of our friendship. He’s my soulmate and that’s why it’s so different with him."
Sonyaa also shared the things she likes about the 'love of her life' and stated, "I like his sense of humour and the fact that he is extremely supportive and encouraging. I believe understanding plays an important role to build a long-lasting relationship. Harsh understands that being an actress, I might need to shoot round the clock or attend events."
