Before, we take you further into the story, let us take a quick look at Smriti's journey so far. The gorgeous actress has met the love of her life, Gautam on the sets of Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. However, Cupid hit them with its love arrow after the show ended. On November 23, 2017, Smriti had stolen Gautam's surname and became 'Mrs Gutam Gupta'. Smriti and Gautam are hailed as the cutest couples of telly town and they are soon going to be promoted to parenthood as the actress is nine-months pregnant.
Smriti is enjoying every moment of nurturing a life within. She often shares snippets of her motherhood journey with her fans. On April 8, 2020, Smriti took to her Instagram stories and shared how her husband, Gautam pampered her with her favourite meal. In the video, we can see Gautam setting a big tray of food for his lovely wife while she called him a good boy. The actress captioned her Instagram story as "obedient hubby". On April 3, 2020, Smriti had shared a video, wherein we could see her trying to make a coffee art for her husband, Gautam, which she has learnt on Instagram. However, it was an epic fail and her husband, Gautam had teased her saying, "This is what happens when you make food for Instagram. Alongside it, Smriti had written, "Did it for the gram #fail". In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Smriti had shared how she is spending her time with her hubby, Gautam, amidst the 21-day lockdown. She had shared, "For the last few days, Gautam (Smriti’s husband) and I are getting to spend more time with each other which is a great thing. This is a hard time for everyone but we keep thinking how can we make the most of it. We are taking all the safety measures whatever the government has advised, we did our own research, spoke to our doctors, and keeping the house clean. We have done everything we could. We also took labour and feeding classes together before the lockdown.”
She had further added, "We had hired a nurse so that when the baby will come, she will be there to take care of. But now due to the lockdown, she won’t be able to come.
