Shilpa Shetty Kundra is a perfect example of a yummy mummy. The gorgeous actress, who is a doting mother had embraced motherhood for the second time. She had surprised all her fans when she had announced the news of the arrival of her little angel, Samisha Shetty Kundra on February 21, 2020. Shilpa often shares her workout session videos with her fans, giving major fitness goals to the millennials. And just like her, her hubby, Raj Kundra, and son, Viaan Raj Kundra too are fitness freaks. We have often seen Viaan accompanying his mom during her workouts.
On April 20, 2020, Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her Instagram handle and gave some Monday motivation by sharing a workout session video with her hubby, Raj Kundra. The interesting part of the video was that their son, Viaan Raj Kundra joined his parents in their workout session and was seen hopping and jumping around them. Along with the video, Shilpa wrote, “I had shared a little exercise-fun with Viaan a few days ago, and I was asked for the entire workout video. Well, I don’t have the entire workout captured, but sharing what I found from my archives. I truly believe that the family that eats, prays and works out together... stays together!”
She further shared how Viaan is also a fitness freak and joins them often during their workouts. Putting light on the same, she wrote, “Oftentimes when @rajkundra9 and I workout in the mornings, we get Viaan to join us too. We do understand that if it's not fun for him, he's not going to enjoy the process. So, while we roped in some abs workout for ourselves, we got him to hop, slide, and jump around. Our workout helps us build & strengthen the abdominal muscles, while it also helps improve the mind-body coordination and enhances speed & endurance capacity. Viaan, on the other hand, was just happy to be jumping around and using up some of that pent up energy. A morning well-spent, this was! On March 23, 2020, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had posted her ‘Sonday’ video as a Monday motivation. Working out with her favourite gym buddy, Shilpa had captioned her post as “Today, even my Monday is a “SONDAY” Mommy + Son motivation = Monday motivation?! In an interaction with the Bombay Times, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had talked about giving a normal life to her son, Viaan Raj Kundra. While talking about the same, she had stated, "I’m from non-film background and I come from a middle-class family, where our holidays were spent in Matheran, not London. Today, I am not apologetic about being able to take Viaan on a vacation to London. I make it a point that he understands and appreciates everything he has.
