The gorgeous actress had surprised all her fans when she had announced the news of embracing motherhood for the second time with the arrival of her little angel, Samisha Shetty Kundra on February 21, 2020, via surrogacy. We all know Shilpa and her 8-year-old son, Viaan share a beautiful relationship with each other. The actress is a hands-on mommy and for her son, she is his best friend. From their farming to baking sessions, we love everything about the mommy-son duo.
On July 22, 2020, Shilpa Shetty took to her IG handle and shared a candid picture of herself enjoying the sunset. Staring into the sky and watching the sun go down, the diva looked gorgeous as she sat peacefully engrossed in her thoughts. Along with the picture, she penned a note where she mentioned that the priceless candid picture of hers was taken by none other than her 8-year-old son, Viaan Raj Kundra. Her note can be read as “Watching the sun go down and seeing the sky turn into a crimson canvas makes me so happy. Gives me a sense of peace and hope... reminding me that it’s important to slow down and take some time off every day to notice & enjoy the small li’l joys. On the occasion of Mother's Day, Viaan had surprised his mom with a handwritten letter which is one of the most precious gifts for every mother. Shilpa Shetty Kundra had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a video with her son, Viaan Raj Kundra and daughter, Samisha Shetty Kundra with a clip of her son's letter. Alongside it, she had written a heart-melting caption that could be read as "Making the decision to have a child - it is momentous. In an interaction with the Bombay Times, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had talked about giving a normal life to her son, Viaan Raj Kundra. While talking about the same, she had stated, "I’m from non-film background and I come from a middle-class family, where our holidays were spent in Matheran, not London. Today, I am not apologetic about being able to take Viaan on a vacation to London. I make it a point that he understands and appreciates everything he has.
