Quite an unexpected couple, Farhan and Shibani surprised many when they started sharing couple pictures with one another, until one even revealed their wedding month through their comments on social media! It was only a while back that a beautiful black-and-white picture posted from their respective profiles with an inexplicable meaning, took our heart away. The caption of the post suggested that the couple have completed one whole year of togetherness and sharing the same picture with similar captions, both Farhan and Shibani wrote, “Three six five”, backed by tagging each other, along with a heart emoji! In an interview with Bhumi Pednekar on TapeCast season 2, Farhan Akhtar confirmed his summer of 2019 wedding. The Sonchiriya actress played a ‘Do not play’ cassette wherein, an unexpected question for the 45-year-old actor was waiting to be answered. As soon as the tape was played, Shibani’s voice came out, wherein she asked her beau “Hey Farhan, are we getting married in April or May? Can you please let me know because I am very confused!” This question left Farhan and Bhumi in jitters as the former shared that there have been constant news reports about their wedding in the media. To which Bhumi wittily asks him, "Are you though?" (about their wedding and hiring a wedding planner). To this, Farhan replied, “Maybe April or April be May.” This was followed by tumults of praises for Shibani from both Bhumi and Farhan. Rumours were rife for a while that Shibani and Farhan might head towards a summer 2019 wedding. A source close to the couple had shared with DNA sometime back, “They are extremely serious about each other and Farhan’s kids have also warmed up to Shibani, so this looks like the most obvious step for the two." A while back, Shibani Dandekar spoke to Mid-Day about her relationship with Farhan Akhtar. Therein, she was quoted as saying, “We are public figures, so people are entitled to say what they want to. But I don't care about their opinion. I'm aware of who I am and I'm comfortable with who I choose to date.” She had further added, “I am not secretive, but I don't feel the need to say things out loud. It's up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life, and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it. How much information I want to put out in the public domain is my prerogative.”
A few days back, Farhan wrote a beautiful poem for his lady-love, while posting a couple picture.
