A source close to the couple shared with DNA, “They are extremely serious about each other and Farhan’s kids have also warmed up to Shibani, so this looks like the most obvious step for the two." Amidst the rumours of their wedding that are spread all over the internet, Shibani herself dropped a major hint on her marriage with Farhan.
Shibani, recently, posted a picture and captioned the snap as, “when the baby goose is getting married, you pull out ya best @shehlaakhan #thatbrowngirl jewerly by @outhousejewellery”. In no time, Shibani’s good friend and singer turned anchor, Meiyang Chang commented on her post asking, “And when’s the Sr. goose getting married?” To which Shibani replied and gave a major hint on her wedding with Farhan. Speaking to Mid-Day, Shibani finally opened up about her relationship with Farhan Akhtar. The model was quoted as saying, “We are public figures, so people are entitled to say what they want to. But I don't care about their opinion. I'm aware of who I am and I'm comfortable with who I choose to date.” She had further added, “I am not secretive, but I don't feel the need to say things out loud. It's up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life, and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it. The ex-couple is blessed with two children, Shakya and Akira. While Farhan has found love again in Shibani, his ex-wife, Adhuna is in a steady relationship with Dino Morea’s brother, Nicole Morea.
