Television actor, Sharad Malhotra is best known for his performance in the popular serials, Banoo Main Teri Dulhan and Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki. He tied the knot with the love of his life, a Delhi-based fashion designer, Ripci Bhatia on April 20, 2019. Since then, the duo has been constantly quizzed about their further family planning. However, for a few days, there have been rumours that problems have arisen in Sharad and Ripci's marital bliss. A source close to the couple also threw light on the probable problems between the duo. But Ripci has something else to state in this matter.
In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, a source close to Sharad Malhotra and Ripci Bhatia spoke about the probable problems in the couple's marital bliss. The source mentioned that the duo have their individualistic personalities which led to creating a distance between them. Even though Sharad and Ripci's relationship was formed on love, their extreme focus on their respective careers and travelling became the prime reason behind hitting the rough patch. Revealing how things became turbulent between the duo, the source said:
“They both have very individualistic personalities, which has been the reason behind their issues since the start. There is no doubt that the relationship started with a lot of love, but recently, they really hit a rough patch, which made everyone close to them worry about their future together. They both are very focussed on their respective careers, and travelling most of the time. So, it was leading to a distance between them, which led to frustration and rift.”

Further, in the same conversation, the source quipped that Sharad and Ripci also tried to keep their love intact. The madly-in-love duo are unwilling to give up so easily, and they also changed their home's location to bring positivity to their relationship. However, they are still trying hard to fix everything in their marriage. The source added:
“It started by them travelling together as much as possible, which was evident when Ripci went to Sharad to Goa recently. They also moved to a new place in January, hoping that a new place will add new energy to their bond. The same has started to reflect in Sharad’s social media also, as he posted a moment with wife recently after a long time. Their decision to work on their marriage also comes after their discussion with their families. It is the family which has instilled the confidence to work on the marriage and not just give up.”
Sharad's wife, Ripci also opened up about the ongoing rumours about their marriage hitting a rough patch. In a candid chat with the Hindustan Times, Ripci denied any such issues in their marriage and mentioned that the madly-in-love couple is counting the days for their 5th love anniversary. Thanking Lord Krishna for keeping her and Sharad's marriage safe, she stated:
“With Krishna’s blessings and thanks to a whole lot of unwanted nazarbattus around us, we are soon going to be completing four glorious years of marriage and five glorious years of falling miserably in love with each other.”

Earlier, in an interview with the ETimes, Sharad Malhotra was asked about embracing fatherhood along with his darling wife, Ripci Bhatia. To this, she shared that both of them were busy with work and would wait for some time before finally taking the plunge to become parents. He also mentioned that the couple loves kids and would like to experience the same in a few months. However, he also didn't forget to mention their four-legged baby, a golden retriever, which the couple adopted after marriage.
