Recently, Sara Ali Khan won the Filmfare award for Best Debut (Female) and she thanked the entire team of Kedarnath through her caption of an Instagram post. She also expressed her happiness with all her fans by sharing a photo of herself, kissing the black lady, and wrote along with it, “Thank you Filmfare for giving me this honour- being able to kiss the black lady is truly surreal Team Kedarnath this one is for each and everyone of you. Thank you for making my dream come true Jai Bholenath”.
But what caught everyone's eye was Sara Ali Khan’s ‘crush’, Kartik Aaryan’s comment on her post. Kartik congratulated Sara for her great achievement and finally, asked her out. Sara Ali Khan had wrapped up her Delhi schedule for the Imtiaz Ali film and the entire team threw a party for the Simmba star. But it was also a celebratory bash for Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan for winning Zee Cine awards and Filmfare awards, respectively. And it was their thoughtful and beloved director, Imtiaz Ali, who had organised the bash for his actors.

When Kartik Aaryan and his Luka Chuppi co-star, Kriti Sanon appeared on Koffee With Karan season 6, they talked about the elephant in the room, Sara Ali Khan and the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor revealed that he is earning more money before asking the princess of Pataudi out on a date. During the Rapid Fire segment, Kriti Sanon was asked whose wardrobe would she like to stay away from and the Bareilly Ki Barfi actress in no time took Sara's name. While Karan Johar agreed with her saying, "Yeah, she is wearing some really strange clothes," Kartik objected to her answer. He surprisingly asked Kriti, "You don't like her wardrobe?" When Karan and Kriti pulled his leg and asked whether he likes Sara's wardrobe, he replied, "I love her clothes. I love her sense of style."
