One of the most famous actors in Bollywood, Sanjay Dutt needs no introduction. Throughout his career, Sanjay has treated his fans with some excellent works, which made him stand out from the crowd. In his personal life, Sanjay got married to Richa Sharma in 1987. After two years of marital bliss, the duo welcomed their daughter, Trishala, in 1989. However, Richa left for her heavenly abode in 1996. After her mom's demise, Trishala grew up in the US with her maternal grandparents, while Sanjay tied the knot with his third wife, Maanayata Dutt. Apart from all of these, Sanjay and her daughter, Trishala share a cordial bonding. It is Trishala's doting papa, Sanjay, who never misses a chance to shower his daughter with love on special occasions. And yet the same happened again when Trishala turned a year older.
On August 10, 2023, Trishala Dutt turned a year older. And for her birthday, her papa, Sanjay's post was simply unmissable. Taking to his IG handle, Sanjay dropped a video, which featured several pictures of him with Trishala. Along with his video, Sanjay penned a heartfelt caption to wish his daughter on her birthday. The veteran actor called his daughter a shining star and mentioned that watching her growing up makes him feel proud. Calling Trishala his princess, Sanjay penned:
"Happy birthday Princess! May God bless you with joy and success. Watching you grow fills my heart with pride. You are the shining star in my life, and I'm grateful for every moment we share. Happy birthday once again, my Princess. Always remember how deeply you are loved."

As soon as Sanjay Dutt dropped this adorable post on his IG handle, Trishala was quick to react. Reacting to her papa's sweet birthday wish for her, Trishala commented, "I love you daddy thank you." For the unversed, Trishala Dutt is a psychotherapist by profession. However, it was Sanjay who wanted his daughter to join the FBI. Not only this, Sanjay, in an interview, shared that he would have broke Trishala's leg if she would join Bollywood. Talking about the same, Sanjay shared that his daughter has specialised in forensic science, which he thinks is a great thing to do. But if she wanted to join Bollywood, she needed to learn Hindi. He also stated how being an actor is not an easy thing to do.

Trishala Dutt is quite active on social media, and she often interacts with her fans. However, earlier, she hosted an Ask me anything session on her IG handle and one of her fans asked how it feels to be Sanjay Dutt's daughter. To this, Trishala shared that it is normal and he is like any other father. The diva also mentioned that when she is with her dad, it's like any other father-daughter bond.
