Ever since, Samantha had tied the knot with Naga Chaitanya, the world is curious to know about how her married life is treating her. But the interesting question is that everyone wants to know, is whether the south superstar cooks food at home. According to a report by AsianTVnews, Samantha's mother-in-law, Amala Akkineni revealed that she doesn't cook. She was quoted as saying, "When we have such a good cook in the family, why do we need to hire a cook?" She also revealed that it is her husband, Nagarjuna, who occasionally steps into the kitchen to cook.
On October 6, 2019, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya had completed two years of their 'happily ever after' and the actress had taken to her Instagram handle to wish her 'darling husband'. She had shared a few unseen pictures from their wedding day and their life after 'tying the knot'. She had captioned the picture as "Stronger and stronger .. two year anniversary and a ten year story. stuck on you @chayakkineni." Coming back to their love story, in an interview with Famously Filmfare, Samantha had revealed that it took them eight years to realise the love for each other. She had shared, "It took us eight years to be at the same point. Because there were times when I really liked him, and he was not in that space. And there were times when we wanted to work it out, but external factors. It took us a very long time to be in the same space."
In an interview with The Indian Express, Samantha had shared that marrying Naga Chaitanya was the best decision of her life. She had said, "Yesterday, I called him Chay and he said “ha?” and I had a Deja Vu moment. I went back to the time I was working with him on Ye Maaya Chesave. I was like – wow, I married him. I felt so happy. Immediately, I said a prayer. I thanked God. I am genuinely so happy. It is the best decision of my life."
