Salman Khan Looks Unrecognisable In His First Advertisement, Netizen Pens 'Much Better Looking..'

Salman Khan is one of the most handsome actors of his generation. He made his acting debut with the 1988 film, Biwi Ho To Aisi, in a supporting role. Afterwards, the following year, he played the lead role in Sooraj R. Barjatya's romantic family drama, Maine Pyar Kiya. Since then, Salman has never looked back and worked in one after the other films, shows, and commercials. Now, we stumbled upon the first-ever advertisement of the Superstar, wherein he looked completely unrecognisable.

Salman Khan looks unrecognisable in his first ad

Recently, an Instagram page shared a video featuring Salman Khan from his first-ever advertisement, directed by Kailash Surendranath. The video was of India's then-hugely popular soft drink brand, Campa Cola. In the first segment of the video, Salman was seen wearing a white t-shirt and denim pants. Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit once recreated their famous love scene from Hum Apke Hain Kaun

Salman Khan has acted with many actresses in his acting career of more than three decades. However, his and Madhuri Dixit's jodi in the film, Hum Apke Hain Kaun has etched a special place in many hearts. A few days ago, the duo reunited for the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17, and recreated their famous love scene from the same film. In the then-viral video, Madhuri (Nisha) first time asked Salman (Prem), "Hum Apke Hain Kaun?" and despite the film being screened almost 30 years ago, they still looked stunning while lip-syncing the dialogue.

Madhuri Dixit once denied working with Salman Khan in a film

Despite having a rocking bond in their film, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Madhuri had denied working with Salman in the film, Hum Saath Saath Hain. In an old interview with Rediff.com, Madhuri shared that she didn't want to portray the bhabhi-dewar role with Salman, as she romanced him in HAHK. Moreover, HSSH had a scene, wherein Salman was asked to touch his bhabhi, Sadhana's (played by Tabu) feet. Thus, Madhuri was sure that people would not like them in the same role and had rejected the offer. However, Sooraj Barjatiya, who was initially eager to work with Madhuri in the film, HSSH, later dropped the idea of casting her. The actress was quoted as saying:

"There is a scene in the film where Salman touches Tabu’s feet and he hugs Tabu. So there has to be this bhabhi-devar feeling between the two. But if you put me in Tabu’s place and visualize Salman touching my feet, I think people would have hooted in the theatres. I think its right, because of HAHK, which was a love story between Salman and me."
