Well, we all know that Arjun Kapoor earlier dated Salman's sister, Arpita Khan. Then, he broke up with her and eventually started dating Malaika, who also happens to be Salman's brother, Arbaaz Khan's ex-wife. And reportedly, Salman Khan has banned Arjun Kapoor and Boney Kapoor from entering his house due to the former's growing closeness with Malaika. Shocking!
A source close to Salman Khan's family has shared with Deccan Chronicle that initially, he was upset because Arjun broke up with his sister, and then got further enraged when the Namastey England actor started dating his brother's ex-wife. The source said, "Arjun first dated Salman's youngest sister Arpita. He broke up with her and became friends with Malaika Arora who was married to Salman's brother Arbaaz. That was when Salman began to get annoyed with Arjun. But the latter convinced Bhai that he would never do anything to hurt the Khan family. But after Malaika's divorce from Arbaaz, her public appearances with Arjun and whispers all around of their impending marriage, Salman is livid."
Arjun Kapoor's father, Boney Kapoor is a close friend of Salman's. But Salman is reportedly going to ban him from entering his house due to Arjun. Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan (then) got separated after 21 years of marital bliss in 2016. Malaika's growing closeness with Arjun Kapoor was often cited as the reason behind her divorce. Post the divorce, Arbaaz had shared in an interview, "Human beings would still want (more) and you also have people who say I couldn't have asked for a better woman or a better wife, I am so happy. Yes, those scenarios also exist. But, perfection is something that is a constant thing you need to achieve. It is not that you have achieved it and it's gonna stay. It's everyday hard work. Coming back to Arjun and Malaika, a recent media report has suggested that the two are very serious about each other. The report could be read as, "Malaika and Arjun are extremely fond of each other. They have never really spoken about each other but they are extremely happy in their own personal space. In a steady relationship now, Malaika and Arjun plan to take their relationship to next level and tie the knot next year."
Arjun and Malaika have reportedly also bought a plush flat in Lokhandwala for themselves. An online portal has suggested, "Arjun and Malaika have together purchased a flat in a plush society near Lokhandwala Complex. It is their joint investment together. Whether they plan to live in or no is entirely up to them. But they are surely getting a space for themselves. Currently, the interiors of the house are being done and both Malaika and Arjun are looking into the details."
On Neha Dhupia’s radio chat show, No Filter Neha Season 3, Arjun's uncle, Anil Kapoor was asked to comment on Arjun's relationship with Malaika, Anil Kapoor only said, "I know him very well. Whatever makes him happy, makes me happy. I don’t want to comment on anything as that’s personal... whatever he does.
