A wedding is one of the most celebrated occasions, especially in India. Right from fixing marriage dates to selecting shaadi ka joda, everything holds a special place in a wedding. And for a bride, all the things related to her marriage are extremely auspicious. Every bride wants to look perfect and unique on her wedding day. And for that, a bride has to go through a tiring yet fun process. From selecting the wedding lehenga to the wedding jewellery, a bride-to-be goes through a lot of hard work.
The colour red is considered as the most auspicious when it comes to Indian weddings. Earlier, brides used to be decked up in red ensembles, however, now things have changed. Nowadays, the brides-to-be are opting for different yet unique coloured lehengas. And, for that, brides these days are going for high-end designer wedding ensembles. We came across a bride who chose one of the most famous celebrity designers, Sabyasachi Mukherjee for her wedding day look and looked breathtakingly beautiful. The bride, Simran Ahuja donned a beautiful lehenga from the Sabyasachi Heritage collection for her wedding and looked like the true Indian bride.
Becoming a Sabyasachi bride is a dream of every girl. And bride, Simran Ahuja fulfilled her wish by becoming one of the most beautiful Sabya brides. She had ditched the traditional laal shaadi ka joda and opted for a delicate look. She had chosen an intricately designed lehenga from the shelves of ace designer, Sabyasachi Heritage collection.
Simran's lehenga featured an intricate stone and zari work. The bottom of her lehenga was accentuated with a beautifully designed border with gotta patti and meshwork. In addition, she opted for a round neckline choli, which featured booti work all over it. Simran completed her look with a dual dupatta. While one had a similar pattern embellishment, which was neatly tucked on her shoulder, another had a mesh-designed work and was pinned on her head.
Simran oozed everyone with her royal princess vibe. She opted for a gold finish choker necklace studded with kundan, blush pink drops, and grey beads set in the middle of it. Simran completed her look with matching earrings, a sleek matha patti decorated with tiny beads, a beautiful maang teeka, a simple yet elegant naath and lovely haath pools. She accentuated her look with traditional red-coloured chooda, gold kadas and beautifully designed kaleeras.
Simran completed her look with subtle and dewy makeup. Her flawless makeup look completely won us over. The bride had accentuated her look with a light foundation, well-defined brows, contoured cheeks, blushed cheekbones, nude-pink coloured lipstick, smokey eyeshadow, kohl-rimmed eyes and a small red bindi. Simran had opted for a classic bun with a middle parting for hair.
We love the bride's choice of pink lehenga from Sabyasachi. What about you? Let us know!
