Saanvie Tallwar claims Karan Kundrra slapped her
Nearly ten years ago, Saanvie Tallwar and Karan Kundrra were shooting for the show, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum. However, a major controversy erupted when the lead actress claimed that Karan kissed her and in return, she slapped her. However, the matter did not end there as the Bigg Boss 15 fame slapped her back and abused her.
Well, now the matter is grabbing attention again, as recently Saanvie Tallwar had a conversation with India Forums, during which she revealed that she was very depressed after that incident. Recalling the incident, Saanvie was quoted as saying:
"Karan Kundrra kissed me and I slapped him. Unhone mujhe wapis se thappad mara, bohot zor se thappad mara kyuki ek ladki aur ladke ke haath mein bohot farak hota hai. And he abused me and my family. Jab unhone mujhe thappad mara aur main zameen pe giri, mujhe uthana wala bhi koi nahi tha. Unhone mere peet peeche ussi role ke liye casting shuru kar di. I was mentally depressed at that time."
Further, during the chat, Saanvie also revealed that even though Karan Kundrra was dating someone else at that time, he showed signs of interest towards the actress. Saanvie claimed "He was interested in me and it was not the other way round." Since she was not fine with this, she took the matter to Karan’s then girlfriend, Anusha Dandekar. In her words:
"Aur Karan us time Anusha Dandekar ko date kar rahe the. Toh maine Anusha tak ye baat pahuchayi ki aap please thoda dhyan de kyuki main bilkul interested nahi hu. Jo ho raha hai mujhe nahi lag raha ki wo sahi ho raha hai."
Saanvie concluded by revealing that after she approached Anusha Dandekar, the matter began to slow down as the latter started to visit the sets on a daily basis to make sure things are good. Saanvie Tallwar said, "Anusha then started visiting sets and started monitoring things on her own."
For the unversed, Saanvie Tallwar is a popular television actress. However, not many might know that Saanvie is also a writer. Over the years, she has penned episodes of projects like Fear Files: Darr Ki Sacchi Tasvirein, CID and SuperCops vs SuperVillains. Later, she made her on-screen debut with Arjun. Soon after the video clip of Saanvie Tallwar’s interview went viral on social media, multiple users came in support of her. Fans appreciated her and her courage to speak against Karan Kundrra, despite the fame he has right now. However, it is worth mentioning that a few users felt Saanvie was overacting only to be relevant.
