Television actress, Rucha Hasabnis is known for her famous role as Rashi in Saath Nibhana Sathiya. She has gained a massive fan following with that character and we still remember her amazing acting skills in the show and her saree collection. However, she has left the enchanting world of telly town, after tying the knot with her longtime beau, Rahul Jagdale in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony on January 26, 2015.
Today, on December 10, 2019, Rucha and her husband, Rahul got blessed with a baby girl. The actress took to her Instagram handle and shared the news of her baby's arrival with an adorable picture and a note. In the picture, we can see Rucha and her husband holding their angel's tiny hand. She captioned the picture as "10.12.19 Our bundle of joy has arrived. And it’s a girl!!" Take a look at it below:
It was a sweet surprise for her fans as Rucha didn't share any pictures with her baby bump on her Instagram feed. A few weeks ago, she had posted a mushy picture with her husband, Rahul. She had captioned it as "Us", followed by a heart emoji.
Rucha had tied the knot on the occasion of Republic Day and in an interview with The Times of India, Rucha had admitted that it was a conscious decision to get married on a national holiday. She had shared, “My husband Rahul and I are extremely patriotic at heart, so even when our families suggested other dates for the marriage, we chose January 26. She had also opened up on her memorable marriage and had revealed, “A lot of people tell me that when they get married they are so nervous, that they don’t realise when the whole ceremony got over. But I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the wedding ceremony — from the puja, where the pujari explained the meaning of each and every vow and the pheras, and each ritual in the ceremony. It was a learning experience.”
Rucha had left the world of television after getting married, and had stated, “I am helping my husband who is a builder and we have come up with a new project on this Gudi Padwa. I was very busy with this project and now as we have launched the project, I would like to share it with all my fan. Frankly speaking, I won't be coming back to TV now as shooting consumes your entire day and after my marriage, I prefer to stay with my family.
