You must have already guessed as to who we are talking about, the beautiful and superbly talented Alia Bhatt and her beau, who is another truckload of talent, Ranbir Kapoor! With increasing rumours, fans and media are getting increasing confirmations of their relationship. From going to lunch dates, to working in movies together, to making her dad, Mahesh Bhatt meet her boyfriend, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's relationship is getting stronger with each passing day.

Alia and Ranbir

Well guys, you have already heard of what Alia’s daddy dear shared about Ranbir Kapoor. Now it’s the guy’s father's turn! In an interview with Mid-Day, Ranbir’s father, Rishi Kapoor indirectly dropped every possible confirmation on Alia and Ranbir’s budding relationship. He shared, “Jo hai woh hai, sabko pata hai. I don't need to say anything more.” Well guys, let the preparations begin!

The Karz actor also shared that he feels that its time Ranbir starts thinking about his marriage seriously. Rishi Kapoor revealed, “It is high time he got married. I settled down when I was 27, Ranbir is 35. So he should think about marriage. He can marry anyone of his choice; we don't have any objection to it. I want to spend time with my grandchildren before I am gone.” He further shared, “[Be it] Ranbir or his contemporaries, actors have blinkers on and are focused on their work. The only women they meet are the actresses. They don't socialise as much; that is the flipside of life in the movies.” (Also Read: Ranbir Kapoor's Sister Riddhima Sends A Special Gift To Alia Bhatt And It's Beyond Beautiful!)

Woot woot! Rishi also shared that Ranbir brushes aside the topic of marriage whenever he or Neetu brings it up. He shared, “I haven't been vocal about it, but my wife [Neetu Kapoor] keeps bringing it up with him and he just brushes the question away. Whenever he is ready for it, we will be happy. Our happiness lies in his happiness, after all.”

Like we mentioned earlier, a few days back Alia, Ranbir and Alia’s father, Mahesh Bhatt were clicked by shutterbugs outside the Highway actress’s residence. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Mahesh too, left subtle hints when he shared, “Oh, the paparazzi age is here and you have people from the outside using their premise to capture the image, because that’s what the nation is thrusting for.’ So, not saying more, I’d let the paparazzi guess if papa is raazi.”

Mahesh was also asked if he advises his daughter on matters pertaining to her relationships and personal life. To this, the doting daddy shared, “It’s very obvious that [Ranbir-Alia] are making no bones about talking to people about them being intimate. And I don’t belong to that category of parents who’d advise their children about their personal choices. Alia is an adult and it’s a matter that she has to resolve. It’s their life, their space. I respect and admire them for choosing to talk to the world when, and if, they want to do.”

He also answered one of the most important questions that the nation wanted to know, which is, what he thought about his potential son-in-law, Ranbir Kapoor. To which Mahesh replied, “He astounded me in Sanju. After Amitabh Bachchan’s Deewar (1975), this is the first time I’ve seen an actor take charge of a character, which is iconic like Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir is barely 34 or 35 and though he comes from the great lineage of the Kapoor family, he has a unique charm and talent that’s his own. He is an original, just like Alia is an original.” (Don't Miss! 'Sanju' Trailer Launch: Ranbir Kapoor Reveals No. Of Girlfriends He Has Had Till Date In Real Life)
