A few hours ago, Raqesh Bapat shared the news that he has shifted back to Mumbai, and while most of his fans were happy about it, many raised questions about Shamita Shetty's absence in the pictures he shared on his social media handle. For the uninitiated, reports were rife that Raqesh and Shamita were searching and planning to move in together. But looking at the current scenario, their breakup reports are again leading the headlines.

On May 12, 2022, Raqesh Bapat took to his Instagram handle and shared two pictures from the inside of his new home that he had purchased in Mumbai city. In addition, the actor shared a glimpse of the Mumbai skyline from his balcony, and it looked absolutely breathtaking. In the pictures, Raqesh can be seen donning a black T-shirt and trousers and looked super-happy while posing in his luxurious home. However, the actor also shared that he has finally shifted back to Mumbai permanently. For the unversed, previously, Raqesh used to juggle between Pune, where his family resides and Mumbai, where he works. Along with these pictures, Raqesh penned a short note in the caption, and that can be read as:
"Life comes a full circle… #backtothebay #homesweethome #newbeginnings.”
Now that the dashing actor has shifted back to Mumbai after a long gap, his massive fanbase was more than happy, and they showed it by dropping tons of congratulatory messages in the comment section of his post. However, one comment had caught everyone's attention as it was from Raqesh's ex-wife and actress, Ridhi Dogra, who also shared her happy reaction to her ex-husband's big decision to shift back to Mumbai. The ex-wife dropped two angel emoticons in the comment section. The comment has set a lot of tongues wagging as reports of Raqesh and Shamita Shetty's breakup are all over the internet.

For the unversed, speculations about possible trouble in Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty's relationship had kick-started after, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, the former had referred to Shamita as a 'dear friend'. In the same interview, Raqesh had opened up about his relationship with Shamita and the actor was told to share his remarks on the equation he shares with Shamita. Answering this, Raqesh had explained how his relationship with Shamita works, and the actor had revealed that she is a 'dear friend' to him. He had said:
"I'll tell you this, it's all about the energy two people carry with each other. That has to be worked on for anything to happen. We are in a happy zone; she is a dear friend. Friendship has to be so strong that nothing else can affect it. She is a pure soul. I value people who are honest. We have a lot of common interests. It's interesting to have like-minded people (Around you)."
