But as it is said opposites attract, so yeah, these two fell in love and became Mastani to her Bajirao in real-life as well but with happily-ever-after types. Yes, we are talking about Ram Leela stars, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. After dating each other for seven years, DeepVeer tied the knot on November 14-15, 2018, at Lake Como, Italy.
Prior to her wedding with Ranveer, Deepika in an interaction with Rajdeep Sardesai on IndiaToday India Tomorrow, had expressed her excitement, “I'm excited in the same way as I'm excited about signing my next film. Marriage is something that I've always looked forward to in my life, as would any other girl." Further speaking about her inspiration of a happy married life, the Happy New Year star had remarked, “I've seen my parents do it so well and so successfully and I think for me, that's the way I would like my married life to be as well. My parents have a beautiful relationship. The way they have managed their professional life as well as being together as a family. They have set such amazing benchmarks that both I and my sister (Anisha Padukone) would like to follow."
On March 12, 2019, late night, the happily married couple, Deepika and Ranveer were papped at the airport. It is reported that the couple left for London to unveil Deepika’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds. Just like always, Ranveer continued to look like a cool dude, and Deepika, on the other hand, chose to wear a nice orange outfit. Blushing Ranveer in an interview had stated, “I am a nocturnal creature. I am so wound up through the day that I take a long time to unwind at night. I sleep late and have trouble waking up. But now that I am in grahasti, things are much better. I reach places on time. I reach my appointments on time. But she has a background of being a sports person and the core is attached to discipline. He further went on to add, “She makes sure she is calling me and telling me that ‘chalo ho gaya abhi come home and sleep’. She puts me to bed on time. She makes sure I sleep on time and wake up on time. I am getting into a healthy routine. All her positive influence are doing me well. I was prepared for it coz I was a bit of ayaash pehle. Now, I am becoming a good boy.”
Ranveer Singh lately wrote a note for his lovely wifey, Deepika, which could be read as, “Deepika is the most amazing person I’ve met in my life. And I’m not just saying this because she’s my wife.
