And Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone has found her 'Mr Right' in everyone's favourite, Ranveer Singh. After dating each other for six-years and successfully hiding it from the media, the duo had tied the knot on November 14, 2018, in an intimate wedding. For those who don't know, Deepika and Ranveer's love story started when the actor had first seen his muse at the Zee Cine Awards in Macau and had fallen in love instantly with her beauty. The actor had gone on record and had stated how he almost went flat at seeing her. We still remember how after their grand wedding and a series of wedding receptions, Ranveer had stated in a media interaction that he wants to become the husband of the century. And going by his every gesture, we are damn sure that he is the husband of the century. No, really! Ranveer knows how to give the perfect complements, know how to carry his ladylove's heels with an ace after a tiring event and on top of that how to love her immensely. Don't believe us? Yesterday, on December 8, 2019, Deepika attended Star Screen Awards 2019 and for which she opted for a new hairstyle. And while everyone from the industry flooded her comments section with a 'thumbs up', it was her husband, Ranveer, whose comment definitely made her blush as he wrote, "Maar doh mujhe." For the show, Deepika opted for a classy black one-shoulder dress. She ditched the statement jewellery and picked a pair of diamond danglers for the night. Her look was completed with perfectly lined eyes, pink-toned makeup and highlighted cheeks. On the other hand, Ranveer looked dapper in an all-black ensemble with a statement grey jacket over it.
Coming back to Deepika and Ranveer's love story, the actress was at her highest point when she fell in love with Ranveer, who was just starting to taste fame. However, Ranveer's confidence and love never came in between them and their level of success had never became an issue for any of them. In an interview with the Open Magazine, Deepika had shared, “When we started dating six years ago, I was more successful than him, busier than him, making more money. I’ve never come across a man who is so comfortable with my success and the attention I was getting. He was supportive and encouraging of my career and it wasn’t superficial support. That doesn’t happen with many men. He really cared, and I don’t think our relationship would have lasted if not for how he inherently felt about my world and how much he respected it. I did not have to make compromises to keep my man happy and that was the best thing about him." In an interview with Pinkvilla, Deepika had opened up on her relationship with Ranveer, and had shared, “Over a period of time because it's the small things that he did and the little things that he said which made me believe and feel more and more that he's the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. The foundation of our relationship is just solid friendship and for any successful relationship, that's very essential. It started off on that note right from the beginning and over the years that we have dated, it only became stronger and stronger. Over a period of time, I don't think there was that one definite moment."
Deepika had talked about her equation with Ranveer Singh in an interview with the GQ magazine and had said, “With Ranveer and me, our relationship rests on the fact that we’re extremely liberal with each other, extremely supportive of each other’s professional careers and know each other’s personal needs. I think when we started dating six years ago, professionally, we were both in very different places. My career took off slightly before his, but throughout our relationship, right from 2013 – even when I was shooting for [Goliyon Ki Rasleela] Ram-Leela and Chennai Express – nothing has changed."
