South Megastar, Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana are gearing up to embrace parenthood for the first time. The couple is all set to welcome their first child after over ten years of marital bliss, and their happiness knows no bounds. Ram and Upasana are making the best out of their pregnancy phase and are leaving no stone unturned to make it a memorable experience. Now, the duo is vacationing in the Maldives, the actor gave a glimpse of their exotic vacation.
On April 11, 2023, taking to his IG handle, Ram Charan dropped two surreal pictures as he enjoyed some quality time with his pregnant wife, Upasana Konidela. The first picture showed the parents-to-be twinning in yellow ensembles and enjoying sightseeing while travelling. In the second picture, we can see Ram posing for a stunning picture as he was lost in the beauty of the place.

Recently, Ram Charan hosted a teddy bear-themed baby shower for his wife, Upasana, and the latter shared a video from the same on her IG handle. Upasana opted for a white-hued maxi dress for the ceremony, whereas Ram twinned with her in a white shirt and matching pants. The entire venue had neutral decor, while the tables were beautifully decorated with teddy bears and white flowers. Upasana cut a three-tiered cake decorated with brown teddy bears, and it had a placard with "Upsi and RC" written on it.
In an interview with Human of Bombay, Upasana Konidela opened up about embracing parenthood with her husband, Ram Charan, for the first time and mentioned that she is excited to embark on the new journey. Talking about the same, she shared that she feels proud that she decided to have a baby when she wanted to and didn't let societal pressure affect her. In her words:
"I am very, very excited and also very proud that I chose to become a mother when we wanted to, not when society wanted to. So, ten years after our marriage, we have taken a call to have a kid now and I think it’s the best time because both of us are booming, both of us are financially secure and we can take care of our kids by ourselves."
Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni are currently on cloud nine as they are expecting their first child together. The couple had announced the good news of their lives through a heart-warming picture note, featuring a photograph of Lord Hanuman on it. In the note, Ram Charan and Upasana requested their loved ones for their blessings as they embarked on a new journey. The message on the post could be read as:
“With the blessings of Shri Hanuman Ji, we are delighted to share that Upasana and Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love and gratitude, Surekha and Chiranjeevi Konidela, Shobana and Anil Kamineni.”
We can't wait to see Ram Charan and Upasana being hands-on parents to their would-be-baby!
