However, after investigating for five long months, the businessman was arrested by the cops with eleven others for reportedly publishing and producing pornographic videos that were shared amongst users through subscription-based applications. Apart from that, several other allegations were made against Raj Kundra. After a long nightmare of 63 days, Raj Kundra finally got bail in September 2021. However, as per recent reports, everything that the businessman went through during such a period is about to hit the silver screen soon.
As per the latest reports from Pinkvilla, Raj Kundra's Arthur jail incident is about to be made a film. A source told Pinkvilla that the makers are at the final stage of presenting the happenings that Raj faced when the scandal erupted, including his 63-day prison sentence. The source mentioned that the film would cover everything Raj Kundra experienced during his tenure in Arthur Road jail. The source stated that the director's name has been kept under wraps for now. The source also mentioned that Raj Kundra himself is involved in the same, from production to script. The source revealed:
"The film will present an account of all that Raj Kundra experienced through his tenure in one of most over-crowded Jail – Arthur Road Jail. The director’s name has been kept under wraps for now, but Raj Kundra will be creatively involved in all aspects – from production to script."

Talking about the storyline of Raj Kundra's Arthur-Jail incident movie, the source told Pinkvilla that it would cover everything from the first reports of allegations, media reporting, and Raj's jail tenure. For the uninformed, Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19, 2021, in Mumbai and sent to judicial custody till July 23, after several allegations were made against him. It was reported that aspiring actresses from the industry were called with offers of working in web series, and later they used to be subjected to act in pornographic movies forcefully. As per the reports, Raj Kundra's name got involved in this case after his former employee, Umesh Kamat, got arrested by the property cell. Mumbai police had also claimed that Raj had been the ‘key conspirator’ in the case. However, it was on September 2021 when Raj was granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000.
