Raj Kundra has been constantly hitting all the headlines for the last few days. For the unversed, Raj is all set to stun the audience with his debut movie, UT 69, which is mainly based on his Arthur Road jail stay. However, it was on October 20, 2023, when one of Raj's cryptic tweets left everyone shocked as it sparked a rumour of the businessman getting separated from the love of his life, Shilpa Shetty. However, Raj now ended all such speculations and revealed the reason behind his cryptic post.
Taking to his X, Raj Kundra earlier dropped a tweet, wherein he wrote, 'We have separated and kindly request you to give us time during this difficult period', and it left everyone in shock as it made people think that Raj and Shilpa got separated. However, a while ago, Raj dropped a follow-up tweet and revealed that he was talking about the separation of him and his mask, which protected him for two years. Raj posted a video that featured him wearing several types of masks. We can also have a glimpse of Raj's mask collection. Raj's tweet can be read as:
"Farewell Masks …it’s time to separate now! Thank you for keeping me protected over the last two years. Onto the next phase of my journey #UT69".

It was during the trailer launch event of his upcoming movie, UT 69, when Raj Kundra finally shed off his mask. The businessman also revealed that he wanted to keep the memories on and that a troll is a troll. Raj said for him, the mask became his support system, and he kept it on to remember everything.
Taking to his IG handle, on October 18, 2023, Raj Kundra dropped the trailer of his debut movie, UT 69, which is based on his experience of his jail stay and has no reference to the Pornography case. The trailer, which was a compilation of several short clips from the movie, showed Raj's experience during his jail stay. For the unversed, UT 69 is slated to be on the silver screen on November 3, 2023.

Earlier, during the trailer launch event of his debut film, Raj Kundra revealed how his wifey, Shilpa Shetty, reacted to his decision to make a film. The businessman shared that his wifey was a bit dicey about the idea of him making a film on his jail stay. Raj also jokingly added that when he told Shilpa about the same, a flying chappal came at his face; however, later, when the director of Raj's biopic, Shahnawaz Ali narrated the story to Shilpa, she gave it a thought and supported it throughout. Raj Kundra also heaped praises on his wifey and said that he was even ready to finish everything inside the jail and would probably do the same if he hadn't got Shilpa by his side.
