Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar are currently the newbie parents in Tinseltown as they embraced parenthood after two years of their wedding. It was on September 20, 2023, when Disha gave birth to their first child, a baby girl. Disha and Rahul are on cloud nine after the arrival of their little one, and their loved ones are showering their blessings on the 'Dishul' baby. Now, Rahul and Disha's baby got a grand welcome at their home.
On September 23, 2023, Rahul Vaidya took to his IG handle and shared a sneak peek into the grand welcome that their newborn baby got at their home. In the pictures, the entire house was decorated with metallic pink, purple and silver-hued balloons. Moreover, we can also spot a huge teddy bear placed next to a stand which had cutesy clothes and baby stuff placed on it. Adorned with little bears and an 'It's a girl' tag, the gift hamper was the best present for the little princess. Atop one of the pictures, the newbie dad penned:
"Our home is pink."

It was on September 23, 2023, when Disha Parmar and her husband, Rahul Vaidya were spotted outside the hospital along with their newborn baby girl. The newbie mommy opted for a printed co-ord set and flaunted her beautiful glow, whereas Rahul was seen dressed in a white-hued T-shirt and denim pants. Rahul was seen carrying their daughter in his arms, who was wrapped in a white-hued printed swaddle. Talking to the paps stationed outside the hospital, Rahul expressed his happiness about welcoming their daughter on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rahul Vaidya opened up about the beautiful feeling of embracing fatherhood and revealed how he felt when he held his baby girl for the first time. The newbie dad shared that it was an emotional moment for him and he was numb for a few hours and mentioned how he started crying whenever he saw his newborn daughter. Adding that he still gets overwhelmed as the feeling of becoming a dad is still sinking in, he said:
"I was happily numb for three to four hours. Mujhe samajh hi nahi aa raha tha ho kya raha hai. I have cried five to six times since she was born. Whenever I see her, I get teary eyed. I’m still choking while talking; I feel so overwhelmed. It’s like you know it will happen soon, but when it actually happens, it’s just a different feeling."

On September 20, 2023, Rahul Vaidya and his wife, Disha Parmar shared a collaborative post on Instagram to announce the arrival of their first child. The duo dropped a cutesy animated picture of a baby elephant wearing a sash that had ‘It’s a girl’ written on it. Along with the picture, Disha and Rahul penned a caption and shared that they were blessed with a baby girl and conveyed their special feelings. Their note could be read as:
“We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands on with the baby right since conceiving till birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! And we are elated! pls bless the baby.”
