One of the most adorable couples in the industry, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar are on cloud nine as they embraced parenthood just three days ago. It was on September 20, 2023, when Disha gave birth to their first child, a baby girl. Since then, their massive fanbase has been impatiently waiting to get the first-ever glimpse of their little one. Now, as Disha and the baby were discharged from the hospital, we got the first glimpse of the happy family.
On September 23, 2023, in a video shared by a pap, Disha Parmar and her husband, Rahul Vaidya can be spotted outside the hospital along with their baby girl. While Disha donned a printed co-ord set and was seen flaunting a beautiful glow after delivering her baby, Rahul opted for a white T-shirt and denim pants. The doting daddy was seen brimming with happiness while carrying their daughter in his arms, wrapped in a printed swaddle. He also expressed their happiness to welcome their daughter on Ganesh Chaturthi. Moreover, he mentioned that since today is also his birthday, the homecoming of his wife and baby girl is his best birthday gift ever.

In an interview with the Etimes, Disha also spoke about the incredible feeling post embracing motherhood for the first time. Not only that, she mentioned that she is looking forward to the new journey of her life and just like during her pregnancy, she would continue to eat healthy food. But she wishes to have some Chinese, Italian and some unhealthy food. Further, mentioning how her heart melts because of her newborn baby, she added:
“The way she looks into my eyes... my heart just melts.”
Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rahul Vaidya opened up about embracing fatherhood. Talking about the same, the singer revealed that he feels super enthusiastic upon the arrival of his first child. Mentioning how his baby girl was born during an auspicious time, Rahul stated that his wife, Disha and their daughter are doing well. Further, Rahul revealed how he felt when he held his newborn baby girl for the first time. Calling it an emotional moment, the newbie dad stated that he was numb for a few hours before realising that he got the biggest gift of his life. Rahul also mentioned that whenever he sees his daughter, he starts crying.
In the same conversation, Rahul revealed that his and Disha's pregnancy journey was unplanned, right from conceiving to delivery. Talking about the same, the singer revealed that he and Disha have shortlisted a few names for their baby girl, but her final one would be decided according to the little one's raashi.

Soon after embracing parenthood on September 20, 2023, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar announced their "good news" with their massive fanbase. Taking to their respective IG handles, the couple dropped an animated picture of a baby elephant decked up in a pink scarf. Sharing the picture, the doting parents revealed they were blessed with a baby girl in a collaborative post. The picture also featured a caption, "iT'S A GiRL." Along with the picture, Rahul also penned a long note and revealed that the newbie mommy, Disha and their baby are doing perfectly fine.
