Popular singer, Asees Kaur is on the seventh heaven as she is all set to embark on a new journey in her life. The singer will soon tie the knot to her beau and singer, Goldie Sohel. The lovebirds will enter into a nuptial knot on June 17, 2023, and Asees couldn't be any happier as she opened up about her marriage. Asees and Goldie got engaged in January 2023, in an intimate ceremony. For the unversed, she rose to fame after her romantic track, Raatan Lambiyaan from the film, Shershaah got released in 2020.
In an interview with ANI, singer, Asees Kaur opened up about her wedding with her fiance and music composer, Goldie Sohel. Talking about the same, the Raatan Lambiyaan singer mentioned that she is really excited about this new journey of her life. She also revealed that her studio sessions for a heartbreak song with Goldie turned into a beautiful love story for them. Elaborating on her wedding, Asees said that since they are busy with their professional commitments, her sister, Deedar has been taking care of the wedding preparations. In her words:
"Life has come to a beautiful full circle for me this year. Who knew that studio sessions around a heartbreak song would eventually lead to one of the most beautiful love stories of my life. The entire credit for the planning and preparation of our wedding goes to my sister Deedar since Goldie and I have been very occupied with our professional commitments."

Further, in the same conversation, Asees also revealed that post their wedding, she and Goldie will visit the Golden Temple to seek blessings. The singer gave some insights into her honeymoon and stated that they will leave for London in July 2023. Revealing how she will debut her Sufi set in UK, Asees said:
"Post the wedding we will be travelling to Amritsar to pay our respects at the Golden Temple. We will go on our honeymoon post my show in London next month. Not only is this my debut show at a massive arena in the UK but it's also my first live show after my marriage which makes it even more special for me. I'll be debuting my Sufi set and also paying a homage to Sidhu Moosewala. Exciting times ahead."
Earlier, in a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Asees had opened up about her love story with Goldie. Talking about the same, she revealed that they fell in love with each other while working on their song, I Don't Give A. She also mentioned that she has been living the most beautiful phase of her life with her beau, Goldie and that they are looking forward to a joyful journey ahead.

On January 26, 2023, Asees and Goldie had taken to their respective IG handles and announced their engagement in a collaborative post. They dropped a priceless picture from their intimate engagement ceremony and it was simply adorable. For their special day, the lovebirds twinned in light blue-coloured ensembles. Asees looked beautiful in an embellished lehenga which she teamed with minimal makeup and jewellery. On the other hand, Goldie looked handsome in a silk kurta and pyjama.
