Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were pronounced as husband and wife on December 1, 2018, after having a hush-hush engagement in July 2018, followed by a roka ceremony on August 18, 2018. After their grand wedding, Priyanka and Nick hosted a star-studded wedding reception party on December 20, 2018, where who’s who of the Indian film fraternity were present. Right from Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, and many others graced the occasion and blessed the newly-weds. After almost a month-long festivities, now the newly-weds, Priyanka and Nick are back in London. And it looks like the couple has worked out on their tight schedule and found time to chill with their family. Now, as per the latest reports, Priyanka and Nick will probably be hosting another wedding reception and this time it will be in Los Angeles. Mid-day quoted a source as saying, “After their honeymoon in Switzerland, Priyanka will fly down to Mumbai for a schedule of The Sky Is Pink. She will join Nick in LA towards the month-end, to host a reception for their friends. Her team is currently doing a recce in Malibu and will soon finalise a venue.”
The source further added, “It will be a black-tie event, with Priyanka’s close friends Kerry Washington, Dwayne Johnson, Ellen DeGeneres, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, on the guest list. Many other Hollywood stars, including her co-stars from A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t It Romantic?, and Nick’s friends from the music fraternity are also expected. Besides her family, Priyanka’s cousin Parineeti Chopra is also likely to fly down for the soiree." As per the reports, Priyanka and Nick will be flying to Switzerland for their honeymoon on December 28, 2018 and will be back most likely by January 10, 2019. As per a source, "Priyanka has a few ad campaigns lined up, which she needs to shoot for in the coming week. Post that, the couple will throw a bash for the film industry either on December 15 or 16." The source further added, "The team will take a short break during Christmas. That's when Nickyanka [as they are popularly referred to] will fly to an exotic location for their honeymoon. PC will leave the country around December 27 and return in the first week of January”.
