Taking to his IG handle, Priyank Sharma shared a picture with girlfriend, Benafsha Soonawalla, where he can be seen lovingly kissing her on cheeks, while hugging. Along with the gorgeous love-filled picture, Priyank penned a birthday wish for his ladylove, which can be read as “A very happy birthday to you my wild baby! May god give you more strength, power and happiness to bear me I love you #strengthweakness”. Benafsha shared his post on her IG stories and while thanking him, wrote, “Oh booga. You are so amazing. Other than showering love on her ‘booga’, Priyank, Benafsha shared a series of pictures and videos on her IG handle from her birthday celebration. In the videos and pictures, we can see Benafsha with her parents, grand-parents, Priyank, his mother and her friends celebrating her special day. Sharing the birthday series, Benafsha also thanked her fans and followers for showering her with wishes and love. She wrote, “2/10/1996. A legend was born. Okay I just finished seeing your wishes. For the longest of time, there were rumours that Priyank Sharma and Benafsha Soonawalla are dating, however, the two had always maintained their ‘good friends’ stance! It was after two years of speculations, on April 4, 2020, that the couple had officially accepted their relationship in public. Priyank had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a picture with his love, Benafsha and had written, "Confirmation", followed by a heart emoticon. Benafsha had also shared the same picture on her Instagram handle and had captioned it as "Can’t nobody keep me like you. Call it unconventional. My love is habitual!" This was the much-awaited confirmation from the couple and was bound to make their fans happy. In an interview with the Bombay Times, Priyank had talked about why he and Benafsha had taken so much time to come out in open about their relationship. He had revealed, “We took a lot of time to work on the relationship and didn’t make it public earlier because we wanted our space and privacy.
