Priyanka Chopra Jonas is riding high on the professional front and is happily settled in her married life too. Ever since Priyanka had married Nick Jonas, the two have been a favourite among the paparazzi. Priyanka and Nick have often been clicked by the shutterbugs, either going on dinner dates or spending quality time with each other. Our desi girl, Priyanka Chopra's personal life had grabbed the limelight in 2018 when she had revealed that she is dating the pop sensation, Nick Jonas of the band, Jonas Brothers. Priyanka had made sure that her wedding with Nick is a grand affair. Her wedding announcement was eagerly awaited by her fans back home. Now that our desi girl is happily married and settled with our videsi munda, the next big question pops up.
Since the day Priyanka had gotten married to Nick, we have seen the much-in-love couple making everyone envious with their PDAs. Priyanka has very well managed to get along with Nick’s family. There had been speculations earlier that everything was not going smooth in the couple’s life but Priyanka rubbished those rumours and called them bizarre. Now that Priyanka has made her point clear, the next question is when is she planning to start a family? To which, Priyanka revealed that she can’t wait to embrace motherhood.
In an earlier interview, when Priyanka was asked about her plans to start a family, she revealed, “I can’t wait, I really can’t wait. I mean there’s so much that happens in our lives whenever God blesses us and that’s something that we both definitely want.” PeeCee seemed too excited with the whole idea of motherhood. Interestingly, Priyanka had earlier stated her desire of having a child and buying a house in Los Angeles to be on her priority list.
In an interaction with E! News, Nick got candid about having kids with Priyanka. The handsome Nick was quoted as saying, "I think that in everything we do, you know, my brothers and I, Priyanka and I, everything we do we think about the future. And building something that becomes a part of a legacy in some way, and a story we can share with our kids in the future."
The singing sensation, Nick had further revealed, “I definitely want to be a father someday. I think that’s a real dream, and I think I have had to grow up real quick. With that, you could look at it two ways, you could say that was unfair, or you could say it has given me some real perspective at an early age. Priyanka had made headlines a while ago about her fake pregnancy reports. Priyanka had commented on the same, "We both know that that’s something that needs to happen, but it’s not something I think about very much. We’re both very driven, we love our work, we’re married to our work, and we’re both very supportive of each other’s work. So I’m sure it will happen in an organic way. We definitely want kids, and when the time is right, it will happen."
Priyanka Chopra Jonas' mother, Madhu Chopra had also commented about her daughter's pregnancy rumours and had shared, "When I spoke to Priyanka on the phone, she told me that she was tired and hence, had a slumped posture. I told her what people were saying, and she simply said, 'Mamma, give me a break.'"
Priyanka and Nick have an age gap of ten years, but the couple didn’t care about the age barrier. On a chat show named, The Daily Show, Nick had talked about his relationship with Priyanka and had revealed, "So many things. I could go into all of it and get all mushy but, I think the thing that really connected both of us is our love for family and faith and the importance of being connected to those who are always going to be there for you. We found that in each other as well, which is a beautiful thing. I'm excited to start our life together."
