From mid-week nominations to fake elimination of Rashami Desai and Devoleena Bhattacharjee, the show is getting interesting with every episode. Recently, six contestants Tehseen Poonawalla, Khesari Lal Yadav, Shefali Jariwala, Arhaan Khan, Hindustani Bhau and Hindustani Bhau and Himanshi Khurana have entered the house. Recently, Gauhar Khan had visited the Bigg Boss house and had called out people using words like bahu and janani. She also pointed Paras Chhabra for calling Sidharth Shukla 40 saal ka buddha. Gauhar also slammed people for making fun of other's physical appearances. Unlike every season, this season's format was a bit different where we saw a mid-season finale for the first time in the history of Bigg Boss.
Ever since Sidharth Shukla entered the Bigg Boss house, he has been in the news either for his fights with Paras Chhabra or his ugly spat with Rashami Desai. In an exclusive interview with Bollywoodlife.com Shefali’s husband, Parag Tyagi has opened up about his wife, Shefali and Sidharth’s past relationship. When asked whether Shefali and Sidharth staying together in the house bothered him to which he replied, "No, Shefali has been very honest with me about her past. We know all about each other. There is no insecurity. And the thought that she will be locked in the same house as he did not cross my mind ever. It does not affect me. Whatever was between them was 15 years ago. Some people wrongly reported it as they were dating in 2009, which is not true. We totally trust each other and there is no chance of secrets stumbling out on the show."
Parag further revealed that he is following the show and that he is very shocked to see Sidharth Shukla’s behaviour and especially with girls. He further stated, "He will go ahead because of his popularity but I do not approve of his behaviour. I respect women a lot, which is one of the reasons Shefali was drawn to me. He treats them like a doormat. I do not approve of his behaviour with Arti Singh and the other girls. His body language is also not very gentlemanly with them." In an interview with SpotboyE, Sidharth’s co-star from Balika Vadhu, Sheetal Khandal too claimed to be a victim of Sidhrath’s sexist behaviour. She also claimed Sidharth of behaving inappropriately with her and using double meaning language too. She had revealed that the situation was very uncomfortable and she couldn’t do anything about it since she was a newcomer. She had also stated that she was surprised when Sidharth Shukla took a fight with Sidharth Dey on his lewd comments on Arti Singh showcasing himself as someone who respects women when in reality he is completely opposite to what he showcases on television. She had further quoted, “I myself have been a victim of his sexist behaviour when we were working together in Balika Vadhu. He has tried on many girls, you know what I mean."
In one of the episodes, Rashami shocked everyone when she had claimed that Sidharth touched her inappropriately many times inside the house, which has made her very uncomfortable. Rashami’s statement came as a shocker for all the Bigg Boss fans as well as the housemates. Rashami’s statement didn’t go down too well with Sidharth, and the latter went to Bigg Boss to complain about Rashami’s accusations.
