The wedding season is here! As much as we look forward to the last quarter of the year for the love of winters, not only we eagerly wait for the wedding invitations from relatives and friends, but also the marriage announcements from our favourite celebrities. The last few months of a year marks the festivals, celebrations, galore and weddings that it becomes increasingly difficult for our adrenaline rush to keep calm! And before 2019 ends, we already have a probable celeb wedding, scheduled in the first quarter of 2020. We are talking about Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan fame, Niti Taylor and her fiancé, Parikshit Bawa. It was on August 12, 2019, Niti Taylor had posted a ‘lost in each other’s eyes’ picture with Parikshit Bawa and had captioned it, “We decided on FOREVER. On the eve of beginning my life's most beautiful moment, I feel all the love and happiness there possibly can be. It only feels complete after letting you all know. I've had your love and support since the past decade and with great happiness I'd like to inform everyone that I'm getting ENGAGED! We would like to share this moment with you all and seek your blessings and good wishes for this new innings in our lives… #PARTITAYLES.”
Niti Taylor and Parikshit Bawa were schoolmates and it was only a few months back when they had started dating. And finally, on August 13, 2019, Niti and Parikshit had exchanged rings in a grand ceremony in Delhi amidst family and close friends. A few months post their engagement, rumours has it that Niti and Parikshit are all set to tie the knot in the month of love, February 20, 2020. A source informed IMWBuzz, "The Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan girl will get hitched to her Indian army officer fiancé on 20th Feb." However, when Niti was asked to comment on it, she told the same portal, "Hahaha wait for February to know whether it’s true or not."
Niti Taylor and Parikshit Bawa are currently in Pune for the Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2019 along with their other friends. Making the most of their courtship period, Niti and Parikshit’s pictures from their Weekender fun were a treat to eyes. Sharing two lots of pictures, she captioned the first one as “NH7 Weekender #hellodecember#pune” and the other one as “It’s a beautiful day, the sun is high & music’s playing. While Niti Taylor is busy with her professional commitments in Mumbai, her fiancé, Parikshit Bawa, who is the Indian Army Captain, is based out of Delhi but travels a lot because of his work. A few days back, Niti had shared a glimpse of a sweet surprise that she had gotten on her shoot and it was from none other than the love of her life, Parikshit. Parikshit not only went on her sets to surprise her but later took her on a ‘date night’. Here are the glimpses of the same:
On November 8, 2019, Niti Taylor had turned 25 and to celebrate the day, she had headed off to Sri Lanka with her parents. But her fiancé, Parikshit Bawa had left no stone unturned to make his ladylove feel special. Parikshit had not only posted a birthday countdown for Niti followed by a ‘I-am-sorry-for-not-being-there’ message, which could be read as “Sorry, I’m not there to wish you in person, but have a wonderful day and the bestest year ahead!!! Love you tons”, but had also gifted her a watch and love letters. Isn’t it romantic?
In an interview with the Bombay Times, Niti Taylor had revealed how love blossomed between her and Parikshit Bawa. She had stated, “I knew Parikshit from school and back then, we were good friends. A few months ago, we reconnected on Instagram. When I started to know him better, I realised that he is a gem of a person. I met him in Delhi. My parents met him too, and they also liked him a lot. The best part about having Parikshit in my life is that we share the same qualities.” If marriage is on the cards, Niti had retorted, “We don’t plan to get married this year. Hopefully, it should happen next year.
