Popular television actress, Kratika Sengar and her hubby, Nikitin Dheer are currently basking in the glory of the new chapter in their lives, i.e. parenthood. It was after seven years of marital bliss, on May 12, 2022, that the adorable couple was blessed with their daughter, Devika Dheer. Ever since then, their massive fanbase has been eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of their little wonder of joy.
For the unversed, the doting parents, Kratika and Nikitin had announced the news of their daughter's birth in the cutest manner. Both of them had taken to their respective IG handles and had posted a picture of a rainbow. Mentioning her adorable name and date of birth, the couple had written, "And so the adventure begins. We welcome our baby girl. Devika Dheer. 12/05/2022" atop the picture. They had captioned the post as:
"We feel blessed to share with you the arrival of our darling daughter! – Dheers #harharmahadevom."

On July 3, 2022, Kratika Sengar turned a year older, and the day marked her first-ever birthday after becoming a mother. A few moments ago, taking to her IG handle, Kratika delighted her massive fanbase with the first glimpse of her daughter, Devika. In the priceless photo, the new mommy can be seen holding her newborn in her arms and giving a peck on her cheeks. Devika looked cute as a cotton ball in a baby pink-coloured onesie as she got pampered by her mommy. Along with the picture, Kratika penned:
"Thank you for making this birthday my most special one... My little one. #hbdmommy."
Ahead of her delivery, Kratika Sengar had got her maternity photoshoot done, and on April 19, 2022, Kratika and Nikitin had shared surreal pictures from the same on their respective IG handles. In the pictures, while Kratika had donned a golden-coloured outfit, her hubby, Nikitin had looked dapper in black-coloured shirt and matching pants. The pictures had exuded royalty, and the then-to-be-parents had looked stunning as they had posed for the lens. We could also see a 'Ready to pop' banner, some unique decor and plant pots in the pictures, and it was a sight to behold.

Earlier, in a conversation with ETimes, Kratika Sengar had got candid about her pregnancy and had shared the real reason behind taking a long time before starting a family. Talking about the deadly pandemic phase, Kratika had said she was scared to bring a new life into this world at that time of uncertainty. In her words:
"During lockdown every other person was having babies and getting married. But for us it was not that case. Nikitin and I were not at all in that mind frame to get pregnant or have babies as everyone was losing their loved ones. It was such a difficult time. We were not even sure of the future. How could we even think of having a new life into this world. I feel people who had babies in the lockdown did not plan it. It happened because both the partners were at home together. Nikitin and I were very sure that it was not the time to think of having a baby. Humein apni he Zindagii ka nahi Pata tha kya horaha hai, we all were dealing with the pandemic."
Nikitin and Kratika had got married to each other on September 3, 2014, and had begun their happily ever after.
