Popular television actress, Neha Marda is currently basking in the glory of her motherhood journey with her baby girl. She is on cloud nine, as she is finally going to meet her baby girl and hold her in her arms after almost 19 days of giving birth to her. Neha has had a few complications in her pregnancy, due to which her baby was born prematurely. However, now, her little one is doing absolutely fine and is discharged from the hospital.
A few moments back, while taking to her IG handle, Neha Marda dropped a super cute video from the day her baby girl arrived at their home. In the video, an ecstatic Neha can be seen looking after the decor of the house, while her husband, Ayushman, and her father-in-law went to the hospital to receive the baby girl. All the family members were overjoyed, as their little munchkin was coming home after days. Sharing the video, Neha penned:
"Finally!! Our angel has come home. Sharing some emotions with full of excitement, happiness , anxiety , fear , surprise and satisfaction."

In the second half of the video, we can see Neha entering the house while holding her baby girl in a swaddle. The front door of their house was adorned with yellow and white balloons along with a flower and beads hanging. Moreover, another corner of the house featured a well-decked area with colourful balloons, golden foil curtains and a neon sign that read 'Baby'. Indeed, it was a wholesome video, which showed the family member's love for the baby girl.

For the unversed, Neha Marda tied the knot with Patna-based businessman, Ayushman Agarwal in February 2012. After almost a decade of marital bliss, the duo became parents for the first time when Neha gave birth to a baby girl on April 7, 2023. Neha and Ayushman's happiness knew no bounds as they hopped on to her motherhood journey. However, the baby was born premature, so she was moved to NICU to put on some weight before getting discharged.
On April 8, 2023, Neha Marda took to her IG handle and shared the first-ever picture of her baby girl. In the picture, the new mommy can be seen giving a sweet peck on her daughter's lips, and it simply melted our hearts. Neha's baby was seen wrapped in a cutesy swaddle featuring rainbows, stars and clouds. Announcing the arrival of her baby girl, Neha shared that her little one leaves a sparkle in everyone's eyes and penned:
"And the best moment of our lives: Our baby GIRL is here. She leaves a little sparkle when she arrives. Such a magical girl she is. Thanku girl for CASTING us as MOTHER & FATHER in this new series of life !!!! We are truly blessed and obsessed parents... Shri Shivay Namstyuvhyam. Neha & Aayushman."
Soon after delivering her baby girl, Neha Marda sat for a candid conversation with the ETimes and opened up about her daughter. When the actress was asked if she has zeroed in on a name for the newest member of the family, Neha revealed that her sister-in-law would name the baby. She added that they are looking at a name that starts with A and said:
“We are contemplating a couple of names. In our family, it’s the bua’s (sister-in-law) job to name the child and we have been busy sending our requests to her. I am sure she will do a great job at it. We are looking at a name that starts with A. Just like the first letter in the alphabet, I hope my daughter always stands out in life. For now, it’s celebration time for us."
